This is a 11th-floor LOFT in the heart of Downtown Vancouver, the suite has incredible views of the city. Perfect for couples, solo travellers business guests, the suite is a great place to relax after a busy day exploring everything the city has to offer!

The apartment is within walking distance to many famous places in Vancouver - Rogers Arena, BC Place, English Bay, Vancouver Art Gallery, Yaletown Marina, Gastown, Coal Harbour and many more. 100% walk score!

Basic cooking items, including pots and pans. High speed internet and streaming are available.
Fully equipped bathroom. Ensuite laundry with detergent and sheets included.

1 secured underground parking space provided.

Please note that our unit is in the heart of Vancouver and many sites and locations are easily accessible. However with living in Downtown Vancouver, there might be some street noise in the evenings and on weekends.

No A/C in the unit.

This was a great location however the fact that it is located in the heart of the entertainment district made it absolutely impossible to sleep. The music from the street is so load that you can not sleep. This music goes u til 4:00am every night. I was there for 4 nights and never slept a wink. It’s like there is a speaker in the room with you.

Great apartment in DT - there is noise from bars etc but that is to be expected at location.Good communication by Host.You do have to collect keys from a shop 2 blocks away but was easy enough to do.

Easy check-in/check-out, tidy and set up with everything you'd need. Property manager and owner were great to work with and gave us some good recommendations when asked. 10/10 would stay again.

Easy to access from public transit coming in from the airport. Operator had quick and polite response to all questions. As noted in the description, this is a noisy part of downtown but with the windows closed and fan on, it was fine.

We loved the location for all the things we had to do for our event and finding meal accommodations.

Chan and manager Julia were responsive when contacted. Location was perfect for our needs, close to Skytrain, shopping, groceries, restaurants. Condo was stylish and clean with all you need for a stay. While the property needs a few refresher updates, we would stay there again. It was clean, nice building and centrally located.

overall it was a great stay, yes it was very load outside but that's what you're going to get staying in a place in downtown Vancouver just off of Granville street.

Visible mold in the bathroom… a lot, strong cleaning fragrance, very hot, furnished with the cheapest quality everything. Very loud area, especially if you have the windows open so you don’t suffocate. Most of this doesn’t really bother me , but the mold makes this an unsafe place for humans.
