As well as the obvious attraction of being right on the beach, relax in style with amenities such as an outdoor and indoor pool, a lazy river, hot tub, kid’s splash area/pool, a sundeck plus a small fitness center on the 1st floor!

11th floor Oceanfront condo says it all right? No - not all oceanfront condos are created equal. Our condo features a master bedroom with a King bed and an oceanfront view with its own sliding glass door leading to the front balcony so you can see the sunrise and the ocean right from the comfort of your bed.

You can also access the front balcony from the living room while gazing at the ocean and beach from the comfort of the living room, as well from the kitchen. The living room has been recently updated with a 77" OLED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV, fireplace, luxury vinyl flooring. The kitchen has also been updated with a stainless-steel refrigerator, stove and microwave oven.

Our condo is more like a home than your average beach hotel / condo. Guest(s) in the second bedroom also have a sliding door to a private balcony overseeing the pool, beach, ocean and sunrise. If that doesn't separate this home from the pack how about a washer and dryer in the unit, a secure parking garage attached to the building, so you never have to get wet in the rain. This condo features a King size bed in the master bedroom, 2 Queen size beds in the second bedroom to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

You get 2 parking spaces in our 2 bedroom condos in this property.

It also includes a full kitchen stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, a refrigerator, a microwave, dishwasher and a kitchen table plus an in-unit washer & dryer and a private balcony.

Nothing is better than waking up on the 11th floor with these views - and we think you will agree.

Fantastic view of the sunrise! Roll over, open the curtains and enjoy the VIEW - it's exactly what you need.

It's only a matter of steps when you walk off the elevator to the pools, hot tub or the beach! Beachfront property with a million dollar view (in my opinion) and plenty of fun for the whole family.

Only a few minutes drive to some of the most desirable restaurants and attractions in the area.

J-Mike's Flavor Station offers breakfast and lunch and is located right next door in the adjacent building.

Convenient location just a couple of minutes from Myrtle Beach airport.

Free basketball, pickleball, and tennis courts available at Midway Park, plus free disc golf at Splinter City (both less than a mile away). Many 18 hole golf courses close by, along with numerous mini-golf courses for families.

This property may use cameras for security purposes in the common and public areas such as the garage, walkways, elevators and the front door. There are no cameras permitted within the private space of the property.

House Rules
• The primary registered guest must be 25 or older and assumes full responsibility for all of their guests. Their guests of all ages are welcome!
• No smoking in the condo or on the balcony – designated areas only.
• No pets – Service Animals Must be Registered and Leashed at all times.
• No events, parties, or large gatherings.
• Only registered guests are permitted in the condo or using the amenities, pools, etc. All others will be considered trespassing.
• Throwing items off the balcony is a Federal crime and violators may be Prosecuted, Fined and/or Evicted.
• Local Fire Codes permit up to a maximum of 6 Guests in our 1-bedroom condos and up to 8 guests in our 2-bedroom condos. Breaking the fire code is grounds for immediate eviction without notice and with no refunds.

Check-In Information
The registered Guest must be the one who Checks-In at the Front-Desk with a valid matching government issued ID showing they are 25 or older. The Front Desk personnel will provide you with your room keys, pool passes and a parking pass if required.
There is a maximum limit of 1 parking pass for 1-bedroom condos and 2 parking passes for 2-bedroom condos. Extra parking passes are not available at this property. You must register your car(s) with the front desk – make, model, color & license plate #

We do not currently offer daily housekeeping services. Therefore, we will not be replacing sheets or towels during your stay.

We provide you with linens and towels (no beach/pool towels) plus we include:
• Hand soap in the bathroom
• Dish soap and a kitchen towel
• Dishwashing detergent (if applicable)
• 1 roll of paper towels
• 1 roll of toilet paper (per bathroom)
• 1 trial size of shampoo
• 1 trial size soap or body wash
• 1 trial size of laundry detergent or pod
• Plus, a couple of trash bags for the kitchen

You bring pool/beach towels, coffee, extra amenities, etc.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach from the lifeguards starting around $49 per day from Memorial Day through Labor Day

We also have an option to provide 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for guests to rent for $20 per day. We'll drop them off in the condo before you arrive and pick them up after your departure.

Snowbird Specials – Some properties do offer specials for stays of 30 days or longer during the off-season from October through Feb. Please inquire if you’re looking for a seasonal special rate.

In order to keep our rates competitive and fair to smaller groups - groups with more than 4 adults/children in our 1 bedroom condos or 6 adults/children in our 2 bedroom condos will incur an additional guest fee of $15 per person / per stay. This fee will be billed separately after booking and is used to cover additional linens, towels, etc.

Our cleaners are thorough and use enhanced cleaning protocols, including bleaching of white linens and towels in hot water while using disinfectant on all high touch areas such as faucets, handles, light switches, etc.

Exactly as pictured
This space was perfect for our family of four with two teenagers. There was plenty of common space, but the kids had their own bedroom & bathroom with a separate balcony. Everything was exactly as pictured online. We appreciated the availability of the emergency flashlight (thankfully we didn’t need it), umbrellas, plenty of extra bedding, boogie boards, etc. The host had thought of everything which made for a comfortable 5-night stay. The unit was very clean & cozy!

Beautiful Condo
Everything was perfect except for the coffee maker not working and the sliding glass door from the master to the balcony not being able to be unlocked. I tried emailing and texting the owner 2 texts, one email) about the coffee maker with no response. I’m wondering if the messages weren’t received on his end. The condo was beautiful, the view unmatched, the quietness of the surrounding area awesome. We will definitely be back. You can’t go wrong with the beach right at your back door!

Family Getaway
We had a short family getaway at this location. The place had lovely furnishings and was very clean. Great view of the beach and just a short walk across (2 minutes) to get there. Easy access to the rooms and parking garage, although the spots were a little tight. My only takeaway is that the master bed is extremely tall. I’m 5’5” and had difficulty getting in the bed and the kitchen space is very small. Otherwise it was a great stay and would highly recommend.

Amazing & Comfortable Home Away From Home
We had a wonderful time staying in 1101. The condo was clean and inviting. There were plenty of clean towels, linens, extra blankets, etc. The views from both bedrooms were unbeatable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The TV is huge and easy to use. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need, which was a really nice extra touch to have conveniences of home without needing to buy everything on vacation - pots, pans, air fryer, coffee supplies, etc. The building itself was great. The elevators were clean and all worked, parking was simple and plentiful and the pool areas seemed well maintained. Check-in was a breeze. The location was super convenient, near Food Lion, the state park, plenty of restaurants, and of course, a beautiful stretch of beach. We had multiple meals at the small restaurant next door, J. Mikes, which was a surprise gem! Phenomenal breakfasts, right downstairs. Finally, the host was very responsive. I had a concern right after booking the room and he was kind, communicative and flexible. We would 100% stay here again, and hope we can on our next trip to Myrtle Beach. Highly recommended. Thank you!
