Bright & spacious new home located in thriving downtown Pensacola, Florida.



Enjoy 3 master suits each with private full bathroom and luxury Tuft & Needle mattresses



Quick drive or walk to everything in downtown! 15-20 min drive to Pensacola Beach or catch the seasonal ferry that leaves from downtown.



Perfect for families or couples! Each bedroom is private and has its own attached bathroom.



This beautiful new house is designed in New Orleans style architecture.



Double balcony. There a private balcony off the master suite with seating.



-High speed internet

-65 inch smart TV that is capable with Netflix, Hulu, Etc (just use your log in.)

-High quality “Everyone” brand shampoo and body wash in each bathroom

-Parking accommodates two cars with potential for additional street parking

-Well stocked kitchen with supplies for all your cooking needs

-Dining area seats 6 (4 at the table and 2 at the island)



This is a lovely quiet neighborhood nestled alongside historic downtown and a quick drive to the beach.



There are tons of restaurants, shops, museums and things to do all within a quick walk or easy drive. Hop on an electric scooter to get around quickly or enjoy a leisurely stroll among the mossy live oaks.



Driving:

15-20 minutes to Pensacola Beach

12-15 minutes to Pensacola Airport

15-20 minutes: Naval Aviation museum and Pensacola NAS



We are walking distance to many things. Also, Uber Lyft and taxis easily available.



We provide a starter pack of supplies for your stay. It includes two trash bags, two dishwashing pods, two laundry pods, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, plenty of dish soap, cleaning spray, shampoo and body wash, as well as kitchen and dish towels.



Two car max in driveway with potential for extra street parking in front of house. Six guests max at any time unless prior approval.



Our sole TV (located in living room) is a smart TV with streaming options available with your login. We do not have cable.



There is a $250 security deposit required and will be done as a credit card hold or pre-authorization 2 days prior to your arrival.

The property was exactly as pictured. It was the cleanest vacation rental I believe I've ever stayed in. The neighborhood is in a great location and just a couple of minutes away from downtown. Lots of space and lots bathrooms! It was a great stay for our family of 5 and we will be booking again the next time we're visiting family in Pensacola!

The property is clean, easy to access, well equipped. Short and sweet, the property owner reviews is why I chose this location and they did not disappoint at all. Very easy to work with and great communication. The house was perfect having a bathroom in each room. I will most definitely be renting from this owner again!!

My family came down from Arkansas to visit our son and daughter-in-law that is in the Navy. This property was extremely nice. The owners even offered us to check in early. We will be staying here again and would definitely recommend.

Multi family getaway

This house was perfect for our trip with extended family to watch volleyball at Pensacola State. The location was convenient especially if taking in a Wahoo baseball game. The host responded quickly to our questions. We would stay here again.

Top property

Stayed here for one week as we dropped our daughter off for college. Easy check in. Property was brand new, super clean, had everything we needed. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Close to everything we needed. Owner was quickly responsive to any issues. Only heads up is no TV’s in bedrooms, and main TV is streaming only. I would definitely stay here again. Highest recommendation!!!

This property was really great. It was spotless, everything was new. Has a washer and dryer. The bedrooms were large and very clean and comfortable. The hosts stayed in touch with us and gave us contact numbers for them if we needed anything. Were were attending an event at NAS Pensacola which was less than 15 minutes away. I can't say enough good things about this property. If we are invited back for this event next year, Ryan and Naomi will be my first call.

Brand new house with great layout and all the "small details"

Can't really say enough good things about this property it's brand new, well-appointed, in a great location, and the host thought about all the little things that a lot of owners forget. What I mean by that is there was even Band-Aids in the drawer --which came in handy. We really like having assigned bathrooms for each bedroom so we don't have to share a bathroom running into each other getting ready for work. I would definitely recommend and I'm going to stay again in April. Only thing I have to say and it's not really a negative- it's just a fact to be considered; if you have a big truck it's a very tight parking scenario- probably better suited for smaller cars or SUVs. Thank you so much!
