Private home in quiet gated community just off Coast Guard Rd. All three bedrooms have king beds and ensuite bathrooms. Linens & beach chairs provided. Enjoy the sunset from the private decks. Golf cart to the quiet neighborhood beach. Bike or walk to shops, restaurants, ice cream, go-karts & bars. Enter the 41-Acre EI WoodsPark from our street & play frisbee golf. Jump on the Emerald Path that extends eleven miles from Indian Beach to The Point at Bogue Inlet.

We had a great stay. The entire house was beautifully furnished and provided stunning views of the sound. We all enjoyed driving to the beach on the golf cart. We would definitely stay at this house again.

We enjoyed our visit. This home offers 180 degree views of the Sound. We enjoyed the cycle of tides and water activity in such a peaceful setting. Staying on the Sound with convenient beach access was really perfect for us. The house is well appointed, and we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. There are good quality appliances and comfortable beds. We’ll be back.

What a beautiful, waterfront property to rent for a few days. It was incredibly clean and still had that just-cleaned smell upon arrival. The home is located in a nice, quiet, gated neighborhood that helps you feel like you're escaping from the real world for a bit. Danielle was very responsive with communication and gave clear instructions. The use of the golfcart to drive to the beach was a great feature, and the openness of the home with all of the windows allowed for beautiful views. Would definitely try to rent this property again.

Great location and views

Enjoyed the house immensely! The back decks have great sound and sunset views. Took advantage of the kayaks and golf cart to explore the sound and beaches. Beautiful layout and comfortable living areas to relax. Owners very proactive ahead of visit and responsive to questions.

Beautiful home and location

The home was absolutely beautiful. Large home with many amenities. Amazing location and views of the sound. Beach was not far away, especially with golf cart available for use. Ample parking for golf cart at beach. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to enjoy family and amazing views of the sound.

I stayed here with my family for a week. The views from the balconies were amazing, especially during sunset. We loved taking the golf cart to the beach. Parking was never a problem. The beach is beautiful. We had an amazing time and I would recommend this house to my family and friends.

As the other reviews said, the property was super clean and lots of beach equipment including 6 chairs, 3 boogie boards, a skim board, sand toys, and even a kayak and paddleboard including lifejackets for the sounds side. Super dog friendly with dog toys and dog bowls. The sound had beautiful sunrises and sunsets and the golf cart made it easy to get to the beach. The beds were also very comfortable. They completely clean out the fridge, so remember to bring things like condiments. Access to the next door park is on the same road as the house. The location is great and is very close to grocery stores and restaurants. They are walkable, but unfortunately you cannot take the golf cart on coast guard road (can only cross it). The neighborhood is great with a mix of renters and friendly people that live there. Lots of wildlife just out the back door! We had a blast and will definitely be back!

Amazing views, fenced in area great for a dog, family members 10-73 years old loved the space. No issues the whole week we were there. Great neighborhood with a wonderful wooded park and trails.

We loved staying at this beautiful home on the sound! We had everything we needed, the house was immaculate and well cared for, the beds were very comfortable and the views were amazing. Host was very responsive and helpful! We hope to come back again!

Spectacular views in a lovely home

The house is enormous, spacious, comfortable, modern, and came with everything we needed. Beds, linens, and towels were soft. Soap and basic toiletries were provided. Everything was in great condition. The yard is even fenced in so my dogs very much enjoyed it! The views in the house are incredible, absolutely breathtaking. I grew up in this area and came for a quick family vacation, and I couldn't have been more pleased staying at this house. I'd love to stay here again given the opportunity!

Very quiet, easy to get on and off the island. Beautiful sun sets, nature/wildlife, forever changing views of the sound and a quick ride to the beach with golf cart parking.

Best of both worlds. Access to the beach while staying on the quiet sound side. You are able to view boats traveling the ICW and vehicles on the bridge.
