Tucked away in beautiful La Verkin, this four-bedroom house will be the perfect home for your Southern Utah getaway. With incredible views, a private pool & spa, a pickleball net, and a putting green, you will feel right at home! Just 30 minutes from Zion National Park, you'll be able to visit some of the most beautiful landmarks in the state. Sand Hollow Reservoir and Quail Lake are just a short drive away; with gorgeous views and rentals available, you'll easily be able to find an adventure. This home features 3 55-60-Inch televisions with streaming services, high-speed internet, 2 desks for remote work, and parking for 5 vehicles and an RV. The beautiful private pool can be heated upon arrival for an additional fee.

This beautiful home has four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The first bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom. There are two queen bedrooms, and one is connected to an ensuite bathroom. The bunk room features two triple-tier bunk beds. This beautiful home sleeps up to ten people, so it will surely be a hit for your next vacation!

This property should not be avalable as a vacation rental because it is literally cracking everywhere and might fall on the guests. The house immediately infront and the one next to that one have been closed because they have shifted and are not safe to live in. The shower curtains were disgusting with mildew. The pots and pans were unusable because they were so dilapidated we had to buy pots and pans to cook our meals. On the positive side, check-in and check-out were a breeze, it was great having access to park our cars in the garage, and the pool was great. The place is very spacious as well. Having a washer and dryer was a great plus.

We had a very enjoyable stay in LaVerkin. The outdoor amenities were the highlight of our visit. The pool featured a great covering that kept the water clean, allowing for a pleasant swimming experience. The home was spacious, comfortably accommodating our party of seven people. We all enjoyed restful sleep on the comfy beds. While the kitchen cookware and dishware were adequate, they could have been of higher quality. We spent our vacation exploring Zion National Park, which was only about a 20-minute drive from the house. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay in LaVerkin.

Family Vacation

Great place to stay. We enjoyed the pool after our morning hikes and was great to be able to put our vehicle in the garage. Received a text on our way there that the dryer was needing to be repaired, but the repair guy never came. Couch definitely needs to be replaced, but otherwise no complaints. Would stay there again.

Family vacation with my daughter and two teenage grandkids. Loved the pool especially since temps were in the high 90's. All enjoyed pickleball. We did remember to bring our rackets and balls as we saw on reviews there were none at rental. We enjoyed hot tub too and the area was nice and quiet. The place was as described and everything was clean. Would definitively recommend to others.

May 2025 Stay

Negatives: The outside furniture needed a thorough cleaning. We were unable to use the outside table until we wiped it down. The patio furniture was dusty and the cushions were stained. The first floor living room furniture was very uncomfortable and needs replaced. First floor master bedroom mattress is uncomfortable. Blue comforter on 2nd floor bed is stained. 2 vacant houses across the street was concerning for safety reasons. Garbage cans were full on our arrival.Positives: Kitchen was well stocked. Pool and hot tub were clean. Appreciated being able to park inside the garage. Closeness to Zion NP. House has plenty of space.

Nice property. Wasn’t perfect but enjoyable

We booked this property because of space, location and hot tub/ pool. When we arrived after long day of travel the hot tub was unusable because of prior renters. Although property was inspected we had to report the issue with hot tub. Management responded fast but we had to wait til next day. Pool person was fantastic! Nice space to hang out!!

Great rental for a larger group

Loved the spaciousness & different areas for folks to sit and relax. Only frustration was the lack of cooking essentials…..such as forks, knives, spoons. Also would have been nice to have a pool skimmer to clean out debris, bug & dead lizards that would collect in the water. Otherwise a great vacation rental!

Great location for exploring

Roomy and comfortable home, close to Zion National Park and endless mountain bike trails. Our group stayed for a week, and enjoyed having the home as our base while we explored the area during the day. Cooked all of our meals at the home, enjoyed the hot tub, the home was clean and beds comfortable. Good communication with the rental agency.

Perfect Property

We stayed at this property August 13-20. The property was our base hub after traveling from NC for visiting Zion & Bryce. We went to Bearizona & the Grand Canyon before coming to property and we were so happy to be at a “home” after the two nights in hotels. The home accommodated our group and was very functional, the property manager was quick to respond and made themself easily available via text or email. The pool & hot tub were awesome for our kids (5 traveling ages 5,7,7,8,12) . We purchased pickle ball equipment from Walmart to use with the net. The two living spaces were great when you needed space from kids. Zion was about 25-30 min. Bryce was a bit further but easy drive. Would 100% recommend. An easy 10/10 & would rebook if coming back out this way. Wonderful experience.

Peaceful

We came here for my sons memorial . We wanted to spend time in Utah for him and this was our first choice. We enjoyed the house very cute decor and inside of house was spotless clean. We loved the pool it was a bit hot and some dirt in the bottom probably from the afternoon winds that came every day, but it saved us entertaining the kids. We would stay here again the property management company was very quick to respond with any questions I had. Perfect set up for 2 families.

Wonderful Property

We really enjoyed staying at this property. Great location in a quiet neighborhood that was nice to come back to after our day's activities. The pool and hot tub were awesome and the house itself was well maintained. Highly recommend!

Family get away

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The pool and hot tub were a must due to the hot temps. This property is located for a short drive to Zion NP and driving distance to other parks. The house was comfortable with plenty of room for 6 adult guests. As other reviewers have stated there are ants but keeping the kitchen clean helps minimize this. The pool area was cleaned while we were there so we had no issues with the outside areas being dirty. Communication was great and check in was a breeze. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

3 couples visiting parks

Great location! The house is decorated very cute. There were ants in the kitchen and our bathroom. I guess the owner discloses this and can’t get rid of them. They didn’t really bother us. The outside (pool area) should be maintained a little better. The pool and hot tub were great. The golf and pickleball activities didn’t have any balls/paddles/clubs to play with. Bean bags would have been a fun addition. When it gets dark outside, large beetles or cockroaches are everywhere outside. The houses across the street are boarded up due to the bluff caving in. We were curious about it and asked neighbors. A large cooler was in the garage and we took it with us for our road trips, it was very nice. Overall, we had a great stay!

Nice property 30 minutes from Zion visitor center

Our family of 4 stayed here with our friends so we had 4 adults and 5 kids and it was plenty of space. Having the pool was wonderful after a long morning of hiking. The house did have an issue with ants. We had ants all over the kitchen, bathrooms, on the floors around the area rugs. And the neighborhood was a little sketchy. Both houses across the street were abandoned and covered in plywood sheets. It felt a little unsafe although we were fine. Ultimately I would recommend the house. We had a lovely stay but the ants were an issue and the neighborhood felt a little unsettling as we drove in.

Stayed to visit Zion

House was nice. Outside was dirty when we arrived and the pool smelled really strong like chlorine. We have a pool so we are used to chlorine smell but this was overwhelming. The ants were horrible. They were already in the kitchen when we arrived and just got worse as the stay went on. They do have a warning about the ants on the refrigerator and ways to prevent them but it didn’t seem to matter what we did they were everywhere. We had an issue with the internet which the host was very quick to fix so we really appreciated that. Overall we had a great time there were just some things I think need addressed to make it worth the price we paid.

Golf Trip for Four

Great location for St George UT golf courses, not too far for Mesquite NV courses either, nice to come back and hang at the pool/hot tub at night. Not much to do near the house, most bars/restaurants worth going to are in St George. If you don’t mind cruising around a little bit, its a great location.

Oasis in the desert

We loved our stay at this property. It was a perfect spot to retreat to after hiking in the mornings and an easy drive to Zion NP and Bryce Canyon.

Decent stay

The stay was great and the location is decent to get to National Parks such as Zion, Capitol Reef, Bryce Canyon, etc. It was great to come home after a long day of hiking to sit in the hot tub. The patio was quite messy however. It looked like nobody had cleaned it before hand, there was so much grime, leaves and some empty beer cans laying about. The pool was also pretty messy with leaves and the pool cleaner was missing a handle so it was hard to clean. It was great overall, I just wish the patio had not been such a mess. I do recommend spending more time on Capitol Reef instead of Zion. It is much less crowded and has better views.
