Fantastic property, loved the layout, looked big on the listing but even larger IRL. Although the property was very clean, there was a dirty bedsheet left on the dinning room table and a pot of bacon grease left in the oven, other than that the place was immaculate. The two king beds were fantastic, so comfortable, the 8 bunk beds were a different story, if you weigh more than 50-60 lbs they were not comfortable, all 8 are in need of a mattress upgrade. The dinning/living space was huge, easily held a family reunion and the kitchen had everything you could ask for! The pool is just across the street, we used it multiple times a day. We couldn’t have asked for a better location or layout, this place is a 9.5/10! (Loses .5 for the mattress)

We are sorry about the dirty bedsheet on the dining table and the pot of bacon grease in the oven, and we will look into how this was missed. We also regret that the bunk bed mattresses were uncomfortable and will review their condition and suitability. The condo was beautiful, conveniently located, had everything we needed, and comfortably accommodated our two families. Only two issues were when we checked in the door code provided did not work and I had to call to get multiple codes until one finally worked. Second issue was the washing machine in our unit did not work and after making a several phone calls it still was never repaired during our stay by the management team. One small bag of clothes was washed by the management company on day 4 but we stayed for 7 days (5 adults, 3 children). I asked for fresh bath towels and was told they would be delivered to our unit but they never came. I had to use my brother's rented condo down the road to wash our towels since after 5 days of two families using the towels provided they needed to be washed. On our last day there my husband was able to get the washing machine working by flipping a breaker. Supposedly two maintenance personnel came to the unit (we were at the beach) but were unable to repair it. My husband has no experience in maintenance whatsoever but was able to repair it by tripping the breaker associated with the washing machine. Other than those two issues, this was a great trip with family and friends in a beautiful condo!

Thank you for sharing such thoughtful feedback and for highlighting how much you enjoyed the condo and your family trip. We are very sorry for the frustration caused by the door code issues, the washing machine not working during most of your stay, and the missed towel delivery. Your comments about the breaker and maintenance visits are especially helpful, and we will review our procedures with our team to prevent this from happening again. We truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us and hope we have the chance to provide you with a smoother experience in the future.

Home was very nice. We had a fire alarm going off, which took a while for someone to get back to us and when they finally did never showed up.. also when I scheduled this listing ,They recommended a place called joy rides for our golf cart rental and I swear they gave us the most beat up one break didn’t work and it just jumped all over the place.

We do apologize for the golf cart issues, as they are not a part of our company and that would need to be taken up with them and should not reflect on our overall review. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, as it allows us to address and improve the overall guest experience. Please accept our sincere apologies for the disruptions. Enjoyed stay with a few little issues

The house was as listed. The living room and kitchen are cute and spacious. We had a few issues: upon checking in after driving for 8 hours, we walked into the Vrbo with dirty towels in the bathrooms and all beds unmade from previous renters. Property was quick to respond and take care of. It was just a nuisance to have to leave and find something else to do while cleaning. The other issue was the air does not get super cold as there was a sign that read do not turn below 72 or unit will freeze. After hot days on the beach and humidity we needed to be able to sleep a little cooler. Also none of the bedrooms have closet so it was hard with 10 people and most of the beds taken to have space for our suitcases and clothes. The rooms are not very soundproof so if families are on different sleep schedules and wake up times which was our case, be aware you can hear everything. Overall a family of four or 5 would fit great in this house.

We will address the cleanliness and temperature concerns with our team to ensure a more comfortable experience for future guests. The lack of closet space and noise between rooms are also helpful insights for us to consider. We're glad we could respond quickly to address your concerns, and we hope the overall property still met your needs. We value your business and look forward to hosting you again in the future.

Spring break with Fam

The place was very nice, however. The internet never worked and maintenance and office was contacted several times to send someone out to fix it. They finally sent a guy the second to last day we were staying there and it still wasn’t fixed. Also, when we arrived, the garage door was opened so we stored some of our belongings inside. When we went to retrieve our things, the door was locked and the code was wrong on our instructions. Again, we called several times and they finally sent someone as we were loading our luggage to leave. Horrible customer service!

Our experience with this Vrbo/Vtrips rental managed by Silver Sand Vacation Rentals was, to say the least, extremely disappointing and far below professional standards.Upon arrival at the scheduled check-in time, the home was not ready. We were left waiting outside the property — including my 87-year-old grandmother — while the cleaning and maintenance issues were addressed. This was not a brief delay; it was a disorganized situation that should have been resolved well before guests arrived. When we were finally able to enter, it was evident the property had not been properly prepared. The floors had not been swept or mopped, and the mop itself was left sitting in the kitchen sink. The home did not reflect even basic turnover standards. Additionally, the washer and dryer were unplugged and sitting in the hallway. We were informed by maintenance that there had been a leak, yet it had not been repaired prior to our arrival. This meant not only an inconvenience but also a clear lapse in communication and operational readiness. What was most concerning was the lack of fundamental coordination. We had to wait for maintenance to finish and then again for housekeeping to return and complete the cleaning. The entire process felt reactive rather than managed. As guests paying for a professional vacation rental experience, we should never have been placed in the position of waiting outside a property past check-in time while essential tasks were being completed. Very disappointed!!
Dissembled washer door left in dining room
Dirty unswept floor and not mopped
Unsanitary dryer vent and dirty rag on dining table

We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. We did let you know that they were fixing a leak the day of your arrival. They had just finished and housekeeping had not made it there in time to clean up after them. We did send them right away along with our maintenance tech to put the washer and dryer back. We value your feedback and strive to improve. We're sorry the property wasn't ready and the maintenance issues weren't resolved beforehand. We'll address these concerns promptly. Thank you for sharing your experience.

Terrible customer service

Door code wouldn’t work when arrived. Called after hours number and nobody answered. I don’t an additional $500 for hotel rooms for the night. Initially, the property manager said they were having door issues and phone issues then blamed me. They never fill lower up but after several calls they refused 1 night stay yet still never called me back. In total, I lost roughly $150 after the refund due to their issue with the door code note working. I will never stay with this group again when visiting this area.

Great Place

This was a great place to take my teenagers for Spring Break. How was very clean, Tv in all rooms, with lots of room and beds. Great location and the perfect area to hit the beach or cruise down town for food or fishing. Golf cart rental is right down the street, and a must for keeping your car clean. This house was worth every penny. Great communication with the rental company. Will be back this summer.

We had a wonderful time and your place is very nice BUT it needs to be cleaned very badly. When we got there we had to vacuum the floors wipe off all the cabinets. I thought the reason for the late check-ins was to do more cleaning. We killed 5 roaches the first day and had to throw away some food that they got into within a few hours of getting there. We have been coming for years and never had that happen.
