We are located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to award winning downtown Deland and less than a mile from Stetson University. Take the short walk past historic buildings and enjoy over 30 restaurants, Ice cream parlors and coffee shops. Enjoy beaches, springs, lakes, museums and all the charm of the area within an easy drive.
