It was perfect for a family of 3 ! Spacious ! Hot water ! YOUR OWN PARKING SPOT ( my favorite find especially since I’m staying extended in town) upset I found last minute I would have booked for longer!! Perfect quiet neighborhood away from the hot mess of San Juan.. definitely recommend especially if on a budget .. hard to find gems for a budget and this is definitely one of them. I guess the only thing I was saddened about was there wasn’t an oven cause I look to make home cooked meals ..

Great Pre-Flight Stay!

A great place to stay before an early start at the airport in San Juan- there were plenty of Ubers at 5 in the morning! :-)

Our stay was very good overall. Getting inside tooka bit longer than we'd hoped because we did not receive instructions until we reached out to ask, well after our check in time.The location was great and within a short distance to beaches and supermarkets.Our Ubers had a hard time finding the location. The address number provided was different than the one on the door. Be sure to use the one provided for Uber, not the one on the door.The home had everything we needed with the exception of an additional blanket. The bed had a sheet and a very thin sheet cover, but we would have preferred a blanket. There was one blanket and sheet for the pull out couch as well.This blanket was very comfortable. The outside seating area was a really nice feature. We had breakfast there in the mornings. The air conditioning worked great! Stove, coffee machine and fridge were great! Very small sink for washing dishes, but it worked for the short stay. There was a large smart TV in the living room, but for additional devices, I had to reach out to get the WIFI information. Because my cell service was spotty (T-mobile), communication with the host slow. There were some stray cats who liked to visit us in the yard. They were sweet. We had great neighbors who were welcoming and helpful. Cleanliness was just ok. Overall, we are happy.

Well, 1st off you’re basically living in a basement just at street level since there aren’t really any windows. The only way of long out is either opening the door or looking through the side doors. The couch needs a deep steamed cleaning and also may need replacing. This one is a little smaller than a twin sized bed so it’s good just for one person. The bathroom rug was dirty when we got there again, needing replacing or deep cleaning. The bed in the room was a bit small. Two people can fit if on the thin side and be somewhat comfortable. My friends mentioned the mattress dipped in some so it was a bit uncomfortable. The water pressure was low in both kitchen and bathroom I guess in order for them to conserve it but it is a rental so guests are paying for having a good amount of water is say. The block in which the house is on was kind of sketchy but quiet so it was good to sleep. There was no WiFi and the tv had no connection so we weren’t able to watch the tv. They have somewhat of a patio but it’s not usable since it needs to be worked on. On the positive side, Jorge was very responsive when messaging and when needing toiletry he was quick and kind. The AC worked great. The apartment is cute but has potential to be better.

Amé el lugar, fue tan limpio y organizado. Nuestra estadía fue muy tranquila y relajada. La vecindad es segura y no hay que temer de nada. Los vecinos son amables y corteses. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí.
