Enjoy a relaxing Phoenix getaway in a comfortable home with inviting indoor spaces and a private backyard pool. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers a welcoming place to unwind, spend time together, and enjoy the Arizona sunshine.

Each of the three bedrooms features a queen bed, giving everyone a comfortable place to rest after a day of exploring. Inside, you`ll find inviting living spaces and a well-equipped kitchen, making it easy to enjoy a quiet morning at home or gather for meals with family and friends.

Step outside to enjoy the private pool and soak up the warm Arizona weather. Whether you`re taking a refreshing swim, lounging poolside, or enjoying a laid-back afternoon outdoors, the backyard offers a great place to relax during your stay. The pool is serviced year-round for our guests to use as they please!

Pool heat is an additional $100 per day and is available only for the entire duration of the stay, with a minimum 3-night reservation. A $150 trip charge will be applied on top of the pool heat fee if the request is received on the day of check-in or after the stay has already commenced.

Please note that we set our pool temperatures between 76°F and 78°F. It takes approximately 12–16 hours for the pool to fully heat. If you would like the pool heated for your stay, please notify us at least 24 hours before check-in.

- For reservations with 30 nights or more, the standard cleaning fee will be doubled to accommodate a deep clean.

- Early check-in and Late check-out may be accommodated, subject to the property’s availability 24 hours before your scheduled check-in or check-out day. Please note that applicable fees will apply for these requests: $85 for any check-in between 12:00PM to 2:00PM and full night rate for any late check-out.

- Pets are welcome! Each pet is subject to a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee. Fines will apply if pets are not disclosed on your reservation.

- We do not provide propane for the property`s grill/ BBQ. If you need to refill the propane during your stay, please provide us with a photo of the receipt and we will reimburse you in full.

- Please use your preferred streaming log in on any of the Smart TV`s in the home. Please do not forget to log out of your account before departing the home.

- This is a non-smoking property, fines start at $2000.00 for smoking inside the property.

The place is very functional and comfortable. It is not modern but that's part of its charm. The pool is delightful. Large seating areas and lots of space make it feel like home.

Pool itself good. 2 lounge chairs, 1 ripped unusable. Grill area chairs were dirty, table and ground are covered with bird droppings.

Great location and property for a week stay

Communication with host and hoop jumping to stay at this place is why the rating is lower. Great place for a family. Some wear and tear, but has everything you need.

Amazing location

We absolutely loved staying in your home. The location was perfect in the house was very comfortable. There were a few issues that arose, but the property manager took care of them quickly. We will definitely stay here again

Great Spring Break Getaway

We loved our experience at this beautiful house. Not only was it very clean but they had ample supplies for us such as detergents for clothes and cleaning products for our week stay. Also, any time we had an issue they were immediate to respond. We had a great time and would definitely use the Ion group again.

Location is fantastic but the house is falling apart. The carpet is absolutely horrible, the floors are wood but desperately in need of a good scrub and the cabinets are a joke with some type of peel & stick covering that is falling apart. The saving grace was the newer appliances and the pool but the house is showing a lot of wear. There were multiple lightbulbs that were out or missing, trees that are overgrown, the bed frames felt like they could come apart at any minute, one toilet doesn’t flush well and the other needs to be man handled to work properly. You can’t really enjoy the yard because the sprinkler system floods the grass and makes a muddy soup. My husband summarized the house with “we got house catfished” and we will not stay here ever again.

Great Location, that’s about it

The house is in a great neighborhood and great location. The house could use some TLC along with the yard. The property management company is alright, I had a recurring issue with the microwave and most of the staff that assisted was helpful and attempted to remediate the issue. One manager was not the best in terms of handling and responding to a request for compensation due to the microwave issue. However, house-wise, the house isn’t the cleanest and there was dog waste in the yard and the house smelled of either weed or cigarettes. It does the job for what we needed

Perfect Family Rental

Overall my family and I had a great stay. This home is perfect for a small family. Both kids had their own rooms and one of the beds is low to the ground which made it perfect for my 2 year old to stay in. It also had a fence blocking the pool which was not pictured. That was an excellent surprise. Water safety with young kids is a top priority of mine. A few things could have been improved: The property management company did not impress me. One of their employees came off very rude via messenger. The night before we checked in, I had messaged them asking for the check in instructions. One of the employees rudely snapped back with a screen shot of their orignal message to me and circled in big bold red marker showing that they had already let me know that I would receive the check in instructions the morning of check in. They could have just politely responded letting me know this. I have a lot going, excuse me if I missed that minor detail from over a month ago. A rude screen shot was not necessary. Other minor details include the property landscape was pretty rough. Over grown bushes and overly tall grass. The floors inside could also use a good mopping. Our feet were always black by the end of the day from walking barefoot. Overall we had a great stay! I would stay here again.

I chose this property because of the backyard and pool area shown in the listing photos. Unfortunately, the outdoor space did not match what was advertised.While the interior of the home was clean, the pool had excessive leaves upon arrival, there was no poolside seating, and the backyard showed noticeable deferred maintenance. I also observed safety concerns, including a hanging electrical cord, and I burned my hand on the extremely hot brick surrounding the pool.After my stay, I sent the property manager detailed, time-stamped photos documenting these issues. They acknowledged my concerns and advised that the issues had been addressed after my checkout.I also recommend that future guests take photos of the property’s condition upon arrival. My time-stamped photos documented pre-existing carpet stains and other conditions that later became the subject of questions after my stay.If the property had been represented more accurately in the listing, I would have chosen a different rental.
