You cannot view the beach from the condo all though the beach is fairly close.Listed as with a hot tub, did not have one- Pete was great responding and made a great attempt to make it right, however having a hot tub was one of my big 3 when seeking a rental.The business shown in the pictures below the rental are loud and they of course are immediately noticeable because of the breakfast and greasy smells that engulf the condo space.Pete was great and very communicative throughout and would rent from him again if he had a rental that fit my big 3.It is also pet friendly which is great, but there is absolutely nowhere decent to walk your dog within the condo area.

The property and location are perfect. Walk to eat or shop is true. Add walk to beach! Some excess clutter stored in various places: picture, extra kitchen trash can.,duplicate broom and dustpan, extra bucket, leftover project parts in container in washer/dryer unit. No big thing though.

Clean with everything you need! Love the location with shops and dining in the complex as well as Johnson Beach around the corner. Host checks to ensure all is fine and offer any assistance. Just a great experience!

We had a nice stay for newyears. I like the island. Laid Back and close to the beach many attractions. Comfortable bed and nice condo.

Wonderful time

Everything was tip top. It was very clean. Host was excellent checking in with us several times to make sure everything was okay. Loved the location. A very short walk to the beach and did not have to mess with driving. Had a wonderful time. 100% recommend this host.

Very comfortable condo! Loved the ability to walk to the restaurants in the complex. The beach was an easy walk and our favorite Johnson Beach was so close. We will return to this property!

Perfect place for relaxing getaway!

This roomy condo sits above a breakfast restaurant in the back of a cozy shopping complex with several restaurants and small shops. The covered stairs lead right to the front door or you can take the elevator just a few steps away. The condo has many thoughtful extras like hand soap, detergent, paper towels, spices, good knives for cooking, beach supplies, etc. We were able to settle in without the need to run to the store immediately. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Very comfortable beds, and plenty of room for our family of four. Communication with the host was very easy with very fast response times. Although you can walk to the beach, I would highly recommend going to Johnson Beach just minutes down the road. We hope to stay here again next time we are in town!

Best of Both Worlds LOCATION * SHOPPING * EATS

Title says it all! Condo is a slice of heaven! It's very refreshing when a place is clean inside, well stocked kitchen, cozy bed, attention to detail in general and a great layout! Out back you have a balcony to end the day. It was our first time going to Perdido Key beach it was perfect not overcrowded like Orange Beach. Very secluded and private. Shop owners and resteraunt staff are all very polite and friendly. Pete was a wonderful host answers questions, fast responder, offers suggestions what more can you ask for? A plus is he allows fur babies and that is a HUGE PLUS for this stay! Highly recommend and look forward to future return thank you!!

Great place and location

The condo was everything we were hoping. Plenty of space and it was furnished with everything that we would need. Very short walk to the beach and there were very few people on the beach. There were a couple restaurants within walking distance. Pete was very response and he checked in to verify everything was good and if we needed anything. Thanks Pete.
