Modern Studio Apartment in Heart of CWE

Welcome to St. Louis! This quiet and safe place is only minutes of walking distance to the Cathedral, Forest park, Barnes Hospital, Zoo, grocery store, and some of the finest restaurants in St. Louis. It is 6 min drive to Delmar loop/The Pageant, 8-min to Clayton, 7 min to downtown. This is a cozy studio apartment on the second floor. You will get a kitchen, dining room, and the living room, which are all clean and tidy. Metrolink stop, bus stops, are close and easy to find in the neighborhood.
The space
This is a 475 square feet studio apartment suite. It is on the second floor above a garage with a brand-new bed, desk, futon, chair, ceiling fan, walk in closet, walk in shower, 43 inch smart tv. The wifi ranges from 100-200 mbps. If there is any questions or problems you just tell me and I will try to fix it.
Guest access
Metrolink stop, bus stops, are close and easy to find in the neighborhood. But most of the attractions are within walking distance. Also Uber or Lfyt is very convenient. Parking tips- You can park on the street for free, but read the signs for the two or three mornings per month when they do street cleaning. Parking is usually reasonable during the day, but around 4:30 the spots fill up fast as people get off work. Therefore, we do have limited spots available for a $5 reservation. There is limited parking, so request early due to limited availability. If you decide to reserve a parking spot, please be sure to park behind the other cars. Let us know and I’ll send you a request for the total amount. The back parking lot is accessed only through the alley in between West Pine and Lindell.
Other things to note
This is a newly built building in a historic neighborhood. Please treat my home as if its your own.

Beautiful studio apartment. Quiet, pristinely clean, and beautifully laid out for a small space. We loved having a kitchen and washer/dryer. Our only suggestions would be to have a third bath towel, one more set of hooks on the wall in the bathroom, and either a small dresser or shelving for clothes in the closet, and a luggage rack for a suitcase. (I like to unpack during stays, but there was no place to put clothing.) Also maybe a small comfy chair in the corner of the living room area- our kids came over and we could not fit all of us on the couch and the bar stools were not comfortable for long periods. Other than that, we loved the apartment and the beautiful neighborhood close to Forest Park, the Basilica, Whole Foods, and good restaurants. Very walkable. Thank you to host Alan for his quick responses. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to St. Louis!

You can't go wrong with this beautiful studio. It was very well furnished and very clean. We used the W/D while we were there. Had several walks to the shopping area with Whole Foods store and restaurants. Great location. Spring for the parking @ only 5 per night.

Clean Tidy

This was a really nice stay! The place was exceptionally clean, even the stairwell. It was easy to get in and out, and there was easy parking. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was great. Nice shower. The only complaint is that the bathroom door doesn't shut all the way. Other than that, it was a nice stay!!

Perfect Little Studio in great locatiom

Place was clean and comfortable and within easy walking distance of all the great things to do in the CWE. Host was responsive and helpful. As a note, there are two units so make sure you take the correct turn!

Great stay

The apartment was perfect for the two of us. Great size studio. Alan was responsive to my questions. There was a minor issue with check in and he resolved it within a minute, which was great testament to his hospitality! Place was equipped with everything that we needed and more. Parking in the back was very convenient and made us feel more safe than having to park in the front. If I come to STL again, I would love to stay here.

Felt like home.

This place was top notch, absolutely amazing. The owner replied quickly when needed and the place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a great stay. There were great restaurants within walking distance and a whole foods right down the street for groceries if you need them. I didnt have trouble with noise or light polution at night, my car was safe in the back parking space and the mattress was heavenly. Will be staying here again next time I come to St.L
