Private Oceanfront 3 bedroom 3 Bathroom condo in the lovely Laguna Shores gated resort! You get access to all the amenities such as the 5,000 foot infinity pool, Ocean front Jacuzzi, shell collecting, clam digging, beach volleyball, restaurant, tennis court, putting greens, cigar bar, basketball court, beach bike riding, spa services, kayaks, with 24 hour security. Condo is on the ground level and just steps away from the beautiful ocean! *Note: Subject to low tides. Please check tide calendar.
If being away from the hustle and bustle of Sandy Beach and spending relaxing and quality time with your loved ones is a priority for you, then you will love it here.

Laguna Shores Resort experiences one of nature’s best phenomena; tidal fluctuation. When the tide is high the water is literally within 20 feet of the patio, the water is nice and calm because of the location. Expect to enjoy it for several hours before the low tide begins again! When the tide is low you can enjoy one of the most dramatic swings in tide in the world and you can walk out about a mile on the beach sometimes! Please refer to the tide calendar if seeing the water close to the unit is important to you. Some days the tides are low all day long. I can help you choose dates based on the tide calendar if you would like, just ask! Public beaches are only about 10-15 minutes away. You can enjoy activities at high tide and since we are set back in a bay, you can walk in the water for quite a while even during high tide. The high tide is perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkeling, swimming, shell collecting, kite surfing and whatever else you can think of doing. You can also kayak though our pristine and protected estuary. High tide is especially great for the young ones, as they can play in the puddles and pick up shells and see little crabs. It is a beautiful natural scenery to enjoy.

The resort also has a spa where you can reserve time for facials, massages, manicures & Pedicures. Also has a Jacuzzi that’s heated in the winter, 5,000 sq foot infinity pool, outdoor showers, game room, swim up bar in the pool that serves food & drinks ,bocci ball court, gym, cigar & rum bar, restaurant, corn hole, and a small mini-golf course!

Other things to note:

*There is a Ring doorbell on front door and security camera on back patio.

* Hammock on the patio has a 300 pound weight limit

*Pool is not heated.

* Charcoal, matches & lighter fluid not provided for grill.

We had a truly magical stay. The tide going way in and way out was fun and made shell hunting and creature exploring so exciting! When the tide was out we had the pool practically at our door step with a swim up bar and a wide selection of blow up toys, frisbees, etc… available to check out. We loved playing pickleball with the family and renting paddle boards too. The hose on the back patio was a helpful touch that helped us keep the sandiness to a minimum. We never grilled but it was a nice option to have and the kids loved the sand toys and beach chairs on the patio. Stores were accessible in town (20-30 mins) for all our needs. Host was communicative and kind. Had a little trouble getting Netflix or any streaming on the tv, but we just ended up plugging our phone in and streaming from there. No problem!It was a dog’s paradise with the ocean at our feet, too. I’d never seen a dog smile until this trip! We had never been to Rocky Point area and were concerned about safety, but the grounds were gated with security 24/7 and I never felt unsafe on our whole vacation. There was always someone around that could speak at last a little English too, which helped a lot. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely bookmark this place for our next vacation!

Fun Girls Trip

We had a great time at this place. The listing was accurate in telling us about security cameras beforehand, location of the property, and preparing us for the drastic change in tides on the beach, so none of that was a surprise. The host was very clear in all check-in/check-out procedures and we had no issues during our stay that we needed to reach out about. We absolutely loved that it was right on the beach. And because we visited in low season, it felt like we had nearly the entire resort to ourselves. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool bar and restaurant very much. Waiters, Bartenders, and Massage Therapist were fantastic! The place was clean when we arrived. Just slightly more “well-used” than it looks in the pictures. It was about a 20-30 minute drive from the main part of the city which had its pros and cons. It felt very private and safe. However, next time we visit we might consider booking somewhere a little closer to the action. This was a perfect place for us to unwind and relax for our trip though.

Overall, it was a great visit. The rooms were nice, clean and wonderful mattresses and sheets! Kitchen had all the basics. We knew ahead about the low tide but did not like when the water was a mile away from us. The fan in the middle bedroom clicked, so was unusable at night when needed most. Nobody liked being watched on the cameras!

Lovely

Our First time staying away from the Resorts. I was nervous at first cuz the property was new to Vrbo and had no reviews. It was truly lovely. It was very quiet and no one to bother you on the beach. We are now spoiled with staying beach front. When the Tide was out the kids enjoyed the pool and activities like corn hole and big connect four game. When the tide came back around 2pm-6pm the kids enjoyed the Beach. Host had beach chairs and towels for us and a little sand toy for younger kids. Pay attention to tide schedule if this is important to you. The Unit itself was just like pictures. Very nice for a family with separate rooms and bathrooms. Everyone loved the HamMock! The Gym is not what’s pictured. It’s equipped with actual machines, cable machine and free weights with treadmills. Very Nice! The little store outside the property had supplies incase you didn’t wanna drive back into town like pancake mix, eggs, coffee, snacks etc. The Drive into Downtown wasn’t bad at all considering you’d have to drive from Resort area either way. We ate at the Restaurant for breakfast and it was Delicious! Needles to say we’ve saved this property for our next visit and look forward to coming back. We didn’t need much from the Host Kristina but when I did reach out the communication was there. Greatly Appreciated!!!
