This is a 900 sq ft one-bedroom condo-suite on the 7th floor of MGM Signature Tower 2. Not a studio. Not a hotel room. A real residence with:

Giant family or multi-couple suite with two full bathrooms, high-end kitchen, dining room table, living room, balcony with multiple nice views, jacuzzi tub. We can stay anywhere but we love the MGM Signature Suites.

A great place to stay in Las Vegas

This was a beautiful place with lots of room and a great view from the balcony. The only problem was parking on Friday night , too many people and not enough parking spacesSo I had to park at the MGM grand hotel parking for one we are to go take your seat evening.

I could not have asked for a better accommodations for my first trip to Las Vegas. The room is exactly as advertised with wonderful views from the balcony. The beds were super comfortable, and the hotel overall was very nice. I will definitely be coming back here when I return to Vegas!

Perfect spot for our convention

The process with Manish went very well. We attended a convention at the MGM Grand and we were looking for a quieter space to stay that was connected to the convention space, this was perfect. We hope to book again next year.

Great location

We love staying at the Signature. If you are looking for a nice enjoyable quiet smoke free location near the strip, this place is for you. The pools are not packed and have great poolside service. If you want a more party like atmosphere there is a quick 10 walk inside and you have acess to the MGM pool. Love the balcony views and this 1 bedroom condo was perfect for us.

Comfy conference stay

Our hosts were very easy to reach and ready to accommodate. Even had a hair dryer delivered when requested. Stocked Kitchen was so nice to have to make our shakes and extra meals. This was a great place to unwind after an invigorating conference.

I chose this unit specifically because of what it offers guests that most Strip properties can't: a full residential layout at a condo-hotel price, with zero resort fees and direct MGM Grand access.

The 7th floor location in Tower 2 is intentional — close enough to the pools and walkways to feel connected to the resort, private enough to feel like your own space, and positioned to offer both Strip and pool views from the balcony without the noise of the top floors.
