Newly Built Condo w/ 3 Pools & Steps to Beach + Free Attraction Tickets!

This is a beautiful new construction condo on the top floor of Gulf Place Residences, #302 - "Coastal Daze on 30A!" . The main open concept area is filled with light and the large kitchen opens to the main area for easy conversation and entertaining. Head out on the balcony for views of the Gulf Place Amphitheater plus the Gulf itself ... and of course some fresh air and Florida sunshine.

For your convenience, there is a storage closet on the ground floor in the parking area where you can keep beach/pool items! This makes your beach and pool days even easier.

With a stay in Gulf Place you have access to 3 pools (2 heated seasonally) and so much more! For beach days, just take a few minutes walk across 30A and you'll have your toes in the sand. Right across the street is your private deeded beach access for Gulf Place. There are so many options for dining, entertainment and shopping everywhere you walk. Not to mention, you can easily hop on a bike and head down 30A to explore all of South Walton's unique beach communities.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: king bed, TV and balcony access. Private bathroom with dual sinks and large shower.
Bedroom 2: king bed, TV.
Bunk Room: Twin-over-twin bunks.
Bedroom 2 and Bunk Room share hallway bath tub/shower combo.
Sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen bed.

Gulf Place:
Gulf Place is a fabulous place to stay and play on 30A. Filled with shops and restaurants, an event lawn with stage, bike and board rentals and don't forget the beach access. It's all there in one corner of 30A and 393. You'll have access to all 3 pools in the area, as well as tennis courts, shuffleboard, bags, and plenty of green space to relax and soak up the Florida sunshine.

Your stay at Gulf Place Residences 302 - Coastal Daze on 30A! comes with Xplorie’s best activities! Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

Please Note: Complimentary Xplorie activities are only available for reservations of 1–28 consecutive nights. Stays of 29 nights or longer are not eligible for these complimentary activities.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

We had a fantastic stay at Gulf Place! The condo was the perfect size for our family of 3. The beds were comfy, the balcony view was beautiful, and I was pleasantly surprised at how well-stocked the kitchen was. Perfect location for exploring 30A, and we can't wait to come stay again. Beautiful condo with a view

You can't beat the location of Gulf Place. We very much enjoyed our stay in Coastal Daze 30A. The condo was beautiful and clean with a direct gulf view. The management company was so easy to work with and was in constant communication with us. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Our stay was amazing! I'm in proximity to the beach and restaurants.Some improvement ideas for the property owner.1. Consider adding a luggage rack in both bedrooms2. Add a soap holder in the shower of the main bedroom3. In the second bathroom, make sure the batteries are working for the reading light on the bed.4. In the second bathroom, make sure the door to the bathroom closes because it doesn't stay closed.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Gulf Place Residences 302 rental was great. Rooms were clean, comfortable, appears to be well maintained and items in the condo seems new.Only minor issue were the door locks in the bathrooms. Those were difficult to use. Best to swap those out for better ones.

Get away

Perfect location! Great places to eat within walking distance. Had trouble with gate code to the beach access, and my door code did not work when I first arrived. Used a public beach access down the road but really needed the code to work on gates - heard other complaints from other guests as well. Overall, the property is perfect! I will book again for sure.

Mother-Daughter Trip

Booked a short, last minute trip for a mother-daughter vacay with friends. Great condo. Beautifully decorated with a beach theme vibe. 2 bedrooms plus a bunk room allowed for plenty of space for all. Rented bikes for the short ride to the beach. Utilized the tennis courts as well. Great location…we love gulf place and have stayed in various rentals. We have always been pleased.

30A Stay -

Overall, property is well situated to beach access and plenty of restaurant options. Beds were quite comfortable although linens could be upgraded - not a plush snuggly item to be found. Kitchen was well equipped, although only one dish towel provided. Bathrooms had great water pressure and plenty of nice white fluffy towels. Paper products could really be upgraded. No maps or signs to property pools were provided - we only found one. Overall, I would recommend this property.

Spring Break

This is the second time that I have stayed at this property. This time, I brought my mother and two teenagers. Once again, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the condo as well as the beach decor. There was plenty of room for all of us. My mother and I enjoyed walking the nature trail around the complex each morning. Although the weather was not the best, any day at the beach is a great day! The only issue we had was running out of hot water. But, that is not the facility’s issue… It’s the result of having four women in one condo.

Beautiful Beach Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Santa Rosa Beach for a long weekend and chose this beautiful condo in Gulf Place for our group. It was extremely clean, tastefully decorated with a modern beachy vibe, and had a well stocked kitchen. It is within walking distance of the gorgeous white sand beaches, several restaurants, and many cute shops. And the management company was one of the best we've ever had the privilege with whom to do business. Their response time was extremely prompt and they provided us with ample information about our stay which left us with zero questions to their office. We would definitely stay here again on future trips to Santa Rosa!

It was clean, updated, has a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony and located in the center of Gulf Place. The beach is located 1 block from the condo. There is a beach chair and umbrella rental service on the beach if you don't feel like bringing your own chairs and umbrella. It does not come with a storage closet for beach toys as stated in the listing but that was not a problem for us. Benchmark Management responded promptly when I reached out with any questions. We hope to return soon!!
