This recently remodeled beach house is just steps from the sand with amazing ocean views.
Large upper unit has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this location is truly amazing. Your vacation home is close to everything, supermarkets, shops and restaurants are just a short walk from your front door. Everything Newport Beach has to offer is at your fingertips, the Newport Beach Pier is just a quick stroll on the boardwalk. Restaurant row and posh Lido village is just down the road.

The kitchen is supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. to help you begin your vacation however you may need to purchase additional supplies during your stay. We do not provide certain cooking items including cooking oil, etc. as well as blenders and/or specialty cookware.

Beach House for College Graduation

The place was just as explained! So very close to the beach and close to Lido Village and all sorts of fun! The house had everything we needed and was very neat and clean! The only drawback was parking— it’s was a very busy area, especially during a beautiful sunny Memorial Day week-end! (Our big SUV wouldn’t fit in our 1/2 of the garage so we had to use street parking.) I’d totally stay there again, just with a smaller car!

Great property!

This is one of my favorite houses in Newport - and I’ve stayed in a lot. The property manager was quick to respond and check in and out was simple. The house was updated, very clean and spacious! Location is perfect! Will definitely stay here again!

Great Location

*Location was excellent right by the boardwalk, walkable to restaurants and Vons*Parking space in garage shared with downstairs tenant. Street parking is tight on the surrounding streets so we were glad there was garage parking. *Remodeled inside and the sectional couch was big and comfy*Balcony seating in both the front and back of the unit

Just a great rental

This place was absolutely perfect for our family trip to Southern California. The apartment was very clean, very comfortable, and in a perfect location. We are so happy we stayed here for our trip. When we go back we will definitely stay here again.

Best listing ever in south California

Close to the biggest shopping mall and the sandy beaches. Combination of both fun outdoor activities and indoor shopping experience. Family loved it. Washer and dryer are super useful. They even have the sand play toys and beach chairs in their garage for use whenever. Will definitely come back!

Great beach location

Loved being so close to the beach and being so close to the supermarket. Place was comfortable. Could use a few windo fans to pull air through the rooms better.

Great Spot

Property was very clean and all kitchen supplies were in good quality. Beds were comfortable and rooms were good size. Overall very happy with the place. Location was great for our family. It was a very short walk to the beach. Only thing to be aware of if you have small children is the balcony railings are far enough apart for small children to fall through. Other than that this place is 10/10. The owners were very responsive and accompanying as well. We would stay here again for sure.

Great location but,

The property does have a great location just short walk to the beach and few minutes walk to all the restaurants and attraction . Very clean and well maintained property. It was listed that there is an AC in the unit . The AC is only in the living room so the bedrooms are still hot if it’s a very hot day .

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful trip staying at this property. The beach was right there! Easy walk to restaurants and shops near by. House provided everything we needed. We had 8 adults and everyone was comfortable. We had the upstairs property so we loved sitting outside on the balcony. Host answered all my questions in a timely fashion Definitely would return!

Great Location

Very new very clean, great location. Ken was easy to work with and very responsive. I stay in Newport Beach every year for the last 5 years and this was one of the nicest. The front stairs are a little dicey I would recommend using the rear steps but that was the only concern. Overall a great property.

Beach Respite

Property manager was very helpful. Rooms on beach side were hotter and a/c did not reach. Stairs challenging for older occupants. Can see ocean from upstairs balcony.

Great location

Over all a decent experience . However there are few things they should clarify. The home only has a wall ac unit in living room. The bedrooms do not have ac and even with windows open the rooms were in the high 80’s during the day. The bed mattresses need to be a bit softer and are not the best and no headboards. Couple of bedrooms do not have tvs. The garage is very low and will not fit a Tahoe or larger suv. We had to park in alley. Overall the home is nice.
