Welcome to this crisp, modern, and simple two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo! Magnolia House 303 is designed to feel spacious and offers a comfortable and stylish living space, perfect for your beach getaway.
The condo comes fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. The guest room features a queen-size bed, and the living room holds a queen sleeper sofa for additional space for friends or family.

In addition to the private amenities, residents of Destin Pointe enjoy access to a variety of resort-style community features. Take a refreshing dip in one of three resort pools, each offering a relaxing escape from the coastal sun. Explore the scenic surroundings with complimentary adult bikes, perfect for leisurely rides along the community’s winding paths.

Guests can also enjoy newly refinished tennis and pickleball courts, ideal for both casual play and friendly competition.

Mostly clean and updated condo unit - though the floors could have been cleaned more thoroughly before we checked in. Beautiful view of and short walk to the beach made for an excellent stay. Would stay here again.

Great place!

Great place! Location is awesome! Only complaint is the dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes but we were too busy enjoying the vacation that I didn’t call to report it.

Great condo at Magnolia House

The property is clean and well maintained, providing all you need for a family vacation at beach. This was our 6th time renting in Destin Pointe and 4th time staying at Magnolia House. We love the convenient location of the subdivision, the amenities and the two beach access options. Checking in and out was easy and communication with the property management company was a breeze. Shout out to the management company for going above and beyond to mail us my son's driving permit, which was inadvertently forgot inside the condo upon check up. We definitely recommend Magnolia House Unit 303!

Beach chairs a mile walk

Very disappointed the chairs we could use on the beach was too far to walk. The master bath toilet ran constantly. The master bed was the loudest ever. Woke partner up every move or turn. .

While your beach setup was at the farther of the two private beaches available to you, the Gulf beach access via the boardwalk across Lake Christina is just 1,500 feet away. Regarding the master bathroom toilet, we see that it was reported after your departure. We wish we had known during your stay, as our on-site team could have addressed it right away. We also apologize that the bed wasn’t to your satisfaction. We’ll be sure to bring this to the owner's attention. Your feedback is important to us, and we truly value guest satisfaction.

One time stay

We’ve stayed in many of the Magnolia House properties and this one is NOT our most recommended. Master bedroom bed just needs to be replaced. Bed frame is far too large for the room, causing anyone to clip their knee/thigh on the short footboard posts. We are both leaving today with bruises. Need a MUCH larger room to give more clearance. Also, the bed felt like it had been wrapped in plastic so even the slightest move caused both of us to wake the other just by turning over during the night. Worst vacation sleep we’ve ever experienced. The property can sleep up to 6 but we only had seating for 2 at a time on the balcony. There were 4 of us; it was just a bad experience that we couldn’t conveniently all relax (seated) to watch the sun set from the balcony. Won’t be returning to this property.

In June, we rented a house in Destin Pointe with 3 other families, and loved it so much we decided to return 5 weeks later with just our family and rent in Magnolia House! What we loved: Location—access to beach and gulf pass. On days when there are red or double red flags, you can get more calm and just as beautiful water at the pass... perfect for small children! The pass area is great for snorkeling or fishing too! Beach is not crowded at all and both our rentals came with chair and umbrella service. Neighborhood is clean, gated and safe with 24/7 security. . 2 really nice pools with another set to be completed soon. Bike riding, basketball court, tennis courts. Beach tram is a great service, although not available every day! You can view fireworks from your balcony, or sitting by the pool. Perfect location to many restaurants, grocery stores, water park.
