Perfect spot!

Great location close to everything! Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Comfy beds and welcome snacks & drinks provided were greatly appreciated! Great communication from owners. Would highly recommend!

We stayed for ten nights and had a great time! The place was perfect. Comfy beds, clean, kitchen was well stocked with dishes. Bonus was the location of the condo unit; the deck looks out over the pool and we had the sun all day on the deck which was a bonus. Pool was fun! Warm and lots of space on the pool deck to enjoy the sun. The location of the condo is great. We walked to the Fashion square mall many times (20 minutes). Close to walking paths and parks. Lots of shopping near by. Old town Scottsdale was a close walk as well. Our host Dale was awesome to deal with. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

My son and I stayed while we toured ASU and explored the surrounding area. It was the perfect set up for the purpose of our trip! We were comfortable and happy with the accommodations! Thank you to the hosts!

very nice condo in Scottsdale

Great unit. Updated two bed two bath 3rd floor condo; a large balcony. Kitchen is well appointed with contemporary dining ware, utensils etc. Living room has a large flat panel tv with good size ones in each bedroom. Internet was excellent. The condo development is older but it had a large pool that was well heated every time we used it. the gym was a bit meh, but adequate for a quick workout. Location good, mall close by along with a cute French Bakery (Merci); Old Towne about a mile away. Dale and Jen, very responsive to queries and concerns. you won't go wrong with this rental.

Scottsdale perfection

There are not enough superlatives to describe how much we loved this place. We came in with our two young adult boys to enjoy a round of the Waste Mgmt Open. It's perfect for 4 people, and the guest room was ideal for two boys who don't want to share a bed anymore (!); to be honest I was expecting two twin beds but they're actually full size. I'm guessing that this complex has been around for some time, but this unit in particular has clearly been updated. The decor is a cool retro vibe. Spotlessly clean & exactly as pictured. Well appointed kitchen. Cute south-facing balcony that faces the interior of the complex with a sizeable beautiful pool and lit up palm trees. Excellent location to whatever you need (and not loud even though the address is a busy road). Communication with owner was absolutely outstanding, and let me just say that he knows how to put the customer first. If we ever return for another round at the Open, we will book here for sure. Thank you for a terrific stay!
