Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors add a spacious feel while leading you to a sweet and spacious covered balcony, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while you breathe in the salt-tinged air. Inside, a comfortable sofa invites you to relax after a day of adventuring while you catch up on your favorite shows on the large HDTV. Or settle back in the leather chair and enjoy a good book or a game of solitaire on your tablet (there's free Wi-Fi, too).

Preparing a full meal, warming up leftovers, or mixing up a cocktail is easy thanks to the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a handy breakfast bar. In the bedroom, a luxurious king-size bed waits to ferry you off to dreamland while you watch TV. Bringing the kids? A set of bunk beds tucked into a cozy corner is ready to accommodate them, while a stacking washer and dryer mean you can keep your luggage to a minimum.

While the location and view were excellent, the cleanliness of the unit was unacceptable for a vacation rental. Unfortunately, this was the first time in our many stays at Emerald Beach Resort that we left disappointed with our accommodation. Beyond the cleanliness concerns, the mattress appeared worn out and overdue for replacement, which impacted the overall comfort of our stay. We hope the issues are addressed for future guests to have a better experience.
