Convenient to downtown Brevard, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath beautifully renovated home sits on a hill with mountains in view. The home is one level, although there are steps to get to the front door. There is an inviting back patio and deck. It is within a mile of downtown Brevard, 10 min to the entrance to Pisgah National Forest, 15 min to Dupont Forest, and 40 min to the Blue Ridge Parkway! In the garage is a biker workshop with a wash station, storage for several bikes and a bike repair area.

Brevard property
The older home had been renovated recently and was beautiful inside. There is a master bath with a great shower. The kitchen was well done and very classy. There are three bedrooms and the beds are very comfortable allowing a great nights sleep. The living room is nice and comfortable as well. The only negative aspect about the property is it is next to a high school. Noise was not a problem but traffic on a very narrow street was a bit of a pain and backing out of the driveway wasn't real easy. Overall, both my wife and I thought it was excellent and would recommend.

Bike Retreat
Loved our stay at Knotty and Nice. Great location for loads of cycling and the garage (slash) bike shop was very helpful. Rooms and kitchen are very nice and the owners are easy to communicate with.

Great rental!
My husband and his friend stayed at this great property for a quick biking trip and it was absolutely perfect for them. They had everything they needed while they were there and it was in the perfect location for the biking trails they wanted to ride. Communication was excellent with the owner and check-in was seamless. We highly recommend this property and hope to visit again soon!
