コテージは便利な場所にあり、ブレバードのダウンタウンにあるビジターセンターからわずか0.3マイルです！ ダウンタウンのレストラン、ギャラリー、ショップまで歩いてください。

また、ピスガ国有林、デュポン州立公園、たくさんのハイキング、サイクリング、滝から車ですぐです。

アウトドアアクティビティに加えて、ブレバードカレッジまで徒歩圏内、ブレバードミュージックセンターまで3マイルです。

野外活動、音楽、芸術、地元の醸造所のいずれを訪れる場合でも、Linegerlongコテージはホームベースに最適な場所です。

2つのベッドルームでは、最大2人の大人と2人の子供を収容できます。 ベッドルーム＃1にはクイーンサイズのベッドがあり、ベッドルーム＃2には二段ベッドがあります。

フロントポーチは、忙しい一日の後にリラックスしたり、鳥のさえずりを聞きながら朝のコーヒーを楽しむのに最適な場所です。

また、自転車用の乾燥した安全な場所、自転車で作業するための自転車スタンド、汚れや泥を洗い流すための庭用ホースも提供しています。 さらに大きな隣の2ベッドルームハウス、リンガーロングハウスがあります。 私たちは敷地内に住んでいます。LingerlongLaneは非常にユニークな家屋です。

The property was just as expected. Check in and check out was a breeze. Location is fabulous. Close enough to walk to dinner but far enough away from town that you feel very remote. Property shares a driveway with several other properties but still feels very private. We have stayed in another house on the property before and would certainly stay here again. House is small and could be tight for more than 2 adults. 2 adults and 2 kids would be fine but 4 adults would be snug!

Great location, great property

We loved this property! What a great location and facility for a mountain-forest getaway. Not only was the property spotless and cozy, but the screened-in porch was perfect for morning coffee with birdsong and a place to put our feet up and listen to the rain on the metal roof when we came back from a full day's hiking adventure. The property is only a short drive for downtown Brevard, but we actually preferred walking. All-around great vacation property.

Brevard Vacation

This property was just right outside of the downtown, but I felt like I was in the country. It was peaceful and cozy, and I absolutely loved the screened-in porch. It was a wonderful place to stay! My family had a terrific vacation in Brevard.

Mike has been a local fixture for over a decade in Transylvania County. Mike and his wife, Melanie, have two beautiful daughters, Molly and Gracie, and dogs Lulu and Dory. Together they enjoy hiking, the beach, and traveling. Mike, Mel, Molly and Grace love to travel to Southern Costa Rica and will soon have two more short term rental options in Costa Rica.

Mike is a full-time licensed real estate professional in North and South Carolina, a licensed general contractor, and one of the top-selling real estate agents in the area. He is an eco-certified broker and, more importantly, the only Transylvania County, NC real estate broker who has built his own solar-powered home! Mike designed and built his off-the-grid home in Lake Toxaway using mainly refurbished materials with an eye for conservation and sustainability. Nestled on the mountainside, the sleek, airy home runs completely off solar panels, well water, a high-efficiency wood stove, and propane. Mike has also saved more distressed Brevard homes than any other person, including the beautiful Linger long Cottages in downtown. But when you meet him, you’ll need to ask about them, because he’s not one to brag. Oh, and did you happen to catch Mike on HGTV’s House Hunters? He helped showcase Brevard to the world!

We have strived to keep with the original character of this cottage along with updating it with lots of recycled building materials and new heating and air conditioning. A+ location in downtown Brevard and yet has a very private feeling.
