Cozy two bed, two bath mobile home, ground level - no stairs to climb. Sits directly on the golf course, and comes with covered parking, fully furnished kitchen, full-sized washer and dryer, covered back patio, and large attached Arizona room. This home has an open floor plan and is a great place to relax while exploring the many offerings of the greater Phoenix area, as it has excellent access to the East Valley's freeway systems and is less than five miles from numerous shopping facilities and restaurants.

Nice little home away from home.

Short stay in Mesa.

Location of property is great. Owners supplied property with household & kitchen items. We moved a couple chairs from the Arizona room to sit outside & would have liked to of had an outside grill. Enjoyed our stay!

Older home, but in very good repair and very clean and nice. Great hosts, well stocked and a pleasure to deal with . Highly recommended.

A Perfect Place for Phoenix!

This property was delightful! Susan was so easy to communicate with and had everything ready for me upon my arrival. She provided all necessary items (toiletries, etc.) plus many more thoughtful touches. There was fresh fruit and water in the fridge, along with some snacks and everything needed to make a cup of coffee or tea. The house was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. If I'm ever back in the area, this is the first place I would book! I highly recommend staying here.

4/23/2023 Trip to Mesa

The rental was as advertised. Extremely clean which is very important to us. The home was very well supplied with everything we could possibly need. Including complimentary snacks and water! The owner, Sue, is extremely nice and helpful. She was over in 5 minutes when we called that the smoke alarm needed a new battery. The rental is centrally located with easy access to major roads.

Enjoy watching the golfers tackle the challenge of the 17th hole from the comfort of your living room, as this property sits right on the green of the Desert Sands golf course (or join them for a round of golf yourself!).
Freeway access is less than half a mile away, and this property sits close to Costco, Starbucks, Superstition Springs mall, and Bell Bank Park, as well as being within 20 minutes of Superstition mountains, Salt River rafting, or Usery Mountain Park.
