Keys Paradise!

You”ll treasure your time at this memorable place. Feel right at home in our 2019 Jayco 40ft RV. Our unit has 2 AC units, sleeps 6 and 1 full bathroom. Master bedroom has 1 king bed, 2nd room has twin bunk beds (top bunk max 100lb weight limit), and a full size pull out bed in the dining area. Very fun, relaxing campground with boat ramp, food truck, heated pool on site and many more to offer. MAX 2 SMALL(UNDER 25LB) PETS ALLOWED WITH AN EXTRA $50 CHARGE.

-Please do NOT flush any toilet paper or feminine products down the toilet .
-please do not use oven.(You can use the indoor upper stove to cook, but do not use the oven to bake)
-Outdoor decor lights turn on/off automatically at dusk/dawn.
-Outdoor fans can be turned on/off by just pulling dangling string.
-Main outdoor ceiling bright light can be turned on/off by a switch in a pole next to rv and outdoor fridge.
-Most indoor lights are turned on/off by clicking them but the master indoor lights are located in a small cabinet with a handle once you enter the rv on your left hand side(it’s the 2 on/off switch on the left).

There are 4 beach chairs and 1 beach umbrella for use and a portable travel kooler.

1 vessel (boat or Jetski allowed) please inquire for info/restrictions. 1 ramp in campground to use. An extra $50 fee charge for bringing a vessel! *Boats/Jet skis NOT allowed on HOLIDAY WEEKENDS! Campground offers 2 locations onsite with public laundry machines…. Also has at walking distance some basketball, tennis courts, playground, and hammocks by the bay to relax and enjoy the beautiful views and sunset by the water.

Great get away

The camper & covered patio area was super nice. At the end of street so it was really quite. Probably rent it again next tear. Owners were wonderful to qork with.

Real camper style

Well location was awesome. Owner was awesome. But.... If you want to sleep.... Bring your own bed. The king size bed was 3"of foam on plywood. I know most folks probably don't sleep alot in the keys. But it was a challenge at best to sleep on the hard surface. Everything was so pretty. Nicely kept. Clean. Should say bring your own kitchen stuff also. Not enough glasses, cups, or utensils. We made it work but I've been in a lot of VRBO units for less money that offered so much more. Owner was very helpful when asked questions. Thank you for that.

Thank you so much Pamela for your review/feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed the keys and your stay. I’m so sorry for the bad experience in reference to the uncomfortable bed. This is the original bedding the RV came with from factory and honestly I have never had any past guests mention it. But I will definitely look into purchasing a more comfortable thicker mattress and/or a mattress topper. As far as the not enough kitchen stuff (cups/utensils) that you mentioned, the max guest limit for our RV property is 6 and I assure you there are 6 cups/glasses and 6 utensils and probably a few extra ones. I also leave extra disposable/plastic cups/utensils if needed. And in the cabinet/storage there are more extra disposable plates/utensils/napkins above the tv. Also unfortunately due to the small standard RV kitchen and space I am unable to stock up the RV with tons of kitchen stuff as there’s no capacity and it would be a clutter. But I appreciate your feedback and will definitely keep an eye on the kitchen stuff to make sure we always have the max amount needed for the guest capacity. Thank you 😊 Yari

Our RV/Lot is very spacious but cozy with a quiet atmosphere. We are located towards the entrance in a dead end street where it tends to be less crowded. We don't have back neighbors which is a plus-and the rest of our neighbors are super friendly.
