☀ We may have a tenant staying in the ADU unit. Should you wish to book both units to have 3 bedrooms, you can let us know in advance (given that ADU is available)

☀ Please note that there is ongoing construction in the surrounding area, and work may begin as early as 7:00 AM. As a result, some construction noise may be heard during daytime hours. We appreciate your understanding and recommend keeping this in mind when planning your stay.

☀We have an additional rental agreement that is required to be signed after booking your reservation. We also collect a copy of your government ID/license that is required by our insurance company to have on file. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if these requirements are not met within 24 hours of booking.

☀ Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travelers insurance to protect your stay.

☀ Reservations booked for 28 days or more will require additional screening process, security deposit and supplemental lease agreement to approve reservation.

☀ All reservations are subject to a non-refundable credit card processing fee. If a reservation is canceled within the refund-eligible period, the refund will be issued minus the credit card processing fee, which is equal to 5% of the total reservation amount. These fees are non-refundable as they are charged by the payment processor and cannot be recovered. By booking, the guest acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

☀A $500 refundable security deposit hold will be placed on your credit card prior to arrival. This hold will be fully released after checkout, pending an inspection of the property to ensure no damages or missing items.
Rental Agreement

Host: West Coast Homestays LLC (“Host”).

THE PREMISES. The Guest agrees to occupy the following residence from the Host.

OCCUPANCY TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises during their confirmed/booked dates. Check in shall be no earlier than the standard check in time on the first date of the Occupancy Term. Check out shall be no later than the standard check out time on the last date of the Occupancy Term or guest shall incur a late fee of $100 for each half hour they are late to check out. For any request to occupy a property in excess of 2 days, a separate agreement shall be required.

QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until AM. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. A noise monitor may be used to monitor the noise levels of the home to ensure appropriate decibel levels are not equal to or exceeding 75 decibels. If noise levels are equal to or exceeding 75 decibels, our team will inform you to quiet down. If the noise disturbance is not dismissed after the first formal warning, Host reserves the right to terminate this Agreement with no refund and immediate removal from the Premises.

OCCUPANTS. Unless Guest receives Host`s prior written approval, total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall not exceed the maximum occupancy permitted for the property.
