Roomy 3 Bed, 2 Bath Condo in the heart of Bayside! Enjoy all the amenities the resort has to offer while staying at our condo. Perfect for family vacations, a weekend getaway or a golf trip to play at the award winning Signature Jack Nicklaus course. Roomy 3 Bed, 2 Bath Condo sleeps up to 10 people. **We provide pillows, comforters and blankets. You provide sheets and towels or ask about linen rental companies in the area.** Well-stocked kitchen, comfortable living area and a screened in porch. High speed internet, secure Wi-Fi and 3 streaming TV's. Elevator access with one assigned, covered parking spot. Additional parking in front of bldg.. STEPS from the Sun Ridge Community Pools and Rec. Center, complete with a splash pad, 2 pools, sports courts and more! Beautiful Delaware and Maryland beaches are a short 15 minute drive. Stroll the nature trails or fish the stocked ponds. A community pier offers seasonal kayaking and paddleboarding. The Freeman Stage has a full schedule of summer concerts and family entertainment. After a busy day, have a relaxing dinner without leaving the resort! Signatures offers a great menu and summer nights are perfect at 38 Degrees to dine outside and enjoy a drink while watching the sun set on the bay. In the off season or rainy day, take advantage of the Aquatic Center with a 75 foot pool PLEASE NOTE: BAYSIDE CHARGES A RECREATION FEE FOR USE OF THE POOL AND REC. FACILITIES. PASSES ARE OFFERED IN 3 DAY OR 7 DAY INCREMENTS. May 17- Sept. 22, 2024
$60 per person for 3 consecutive day pass. $95 per person for 7 consecutive day pass.

Great Bayside Location with Screened porch

My family and I enjoyed the layout of the condo, the attention to detail of the hosts who provided everything we needed to get started, and the screened porch that allowed for outdoor enjoyment regardless of the weather.

Place was lovely. You’re close to the community pool and approx 15-20 from Dewey beach. The place was clean and beds were comfortable. We would stay here again.

Wonderful Place to stay

We stayed at this property for an extended weekend with 9 people. Great location and the unit was very clean and well furnished. Communication with owner was wonderful the from the time I booked and during the stay. I will definitely stay here again

Great Stay!

Stayed here with my Brother in-law for a work function at Bayside Golf Club. The condo was clean and spacious, with easy access to the club. Would highly recommend.

Made her sweet 16th get way to OC the Best

We've had the chance to visit OC a couple of times in the past five years, and this condo was just perfect for our family of six! Check-in was super smooth with no hiccups at all. The location is fantastic—not too far from the beach and the boardwalk, which made our stay even better. For a condo, it felt incredibly spacious and was really well-designed for guests. Even though it's not right on the OC strip where all the food options are, we found plenty of great places nearby that delivered. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Beautiful and excellent maintained condo! Kitchen is well stocked. Immaculately clean. Very spacious. Great location to enjoy all activities at Bayside! Would definitely stay at this condo again. Efficient and concise communication with owners.

Lovely condo!

My family loved this property! It was spacious so that we had our own space and then a common area where we could all gather. The place was very clean, but there was a spill of some sort on the carpet that was noticeable and that is why I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness. Otherwise, it was a great place and would highly recommend it! Nice place and the owners were easy to work with!

Selbyville Condo

We stayed at the condo while attending a concert at the Freeman Pavilion. This is a great location and the condo was excellent. 2nd floor in a quiet building with its own enclosed and screened porch - which allowed us to use it even during the brief rain we encountered. The condo is large and well appointed. It was clean and access in and out was easy and included a covered parking space. Would definitely stay there again.
