Welcome to The Martin! A gorgeous and modern space with hints of Music City flair! Fall in love with this multi-level brand new build, that features tons of natural light and an open concept floor plan! Nestled in the vibrant and artistic area of Wedgewood Houston, it's located 1.5 miles from downtown Broadway and just minutes to the Gulch, Midtown, and 12 South. Comfort and convenience awaits when you book this beautiful Nashville home!
Layout:
The lower level of the home consists of the garage, laundry area, bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom. The second level of the home opens up into the main living area. You will also find a kitchen, half bathroom, and dining area. The third floor has a king bedroom with en suite bathroom, a full bedroom, and a full bathroom in the hallway. The 4th floor consists of the stunning rooftop deck!
Parking:
There are spaces for 2 cars in the garage.
Neighborhood:
Nashville's Wedgewood-Houston (or “WeHo”) neighborhood is located a few blocks south of downtown Nashville with borders defined by Houston Street to the north, Wedgewood Avenue to the south, Eighth Avenue South to the west and Fourth Avenue South/Nolensville Pike to the east. Located 1.5 miles from downtown Broadway and just minutes to the Gulch, Midtown, and 12 South, you'll have all that you need in this stunning home!
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.
Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.
