Come kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Our home is in a centralized location where you're never too far from a relaxing trip to the beach or Downtown Pensacola!

We are right off of Highway I10, exit 5, ALT 90 (West Nine Mile Road).

We are minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores, and shops.

If you are looking for outdoor activities, the beach is only a few miles away, but we are only a short distance from first-rate hiking and bike trails.
The space
This cozy home is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. There is a private yard, laundry facilities, and a fully stocked kitchen. For entertainment, guests can enjoy a flat-screen TV and high-speed WiFi.

Home Gym is available for use at your own risk.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home. Feel free to also lounge out back under the covered furnished patio.

Feel free to reach out and ask any questions. Your comfort is our priority. We request you take off shoes as soon as you enter. This really helps keep the place clean.

Noise Policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 10 pm - 8 am each day.

Smoking is prohibited inside the home. Feel free to use the front or back patios as designated smoking areas. We just ask that you please police any fires that are started, properly extinguish fires, and dispose of cigarette butts.

Our trip was business travel and ended up needing to be extended due to unexpected delays. Host was absolutely wonderful and accommodating as best she could. Would definitely book again.

Graduation weekend

Amazing house for our family to stay the weekend of our daughter’s graduation. It was better than the pictures! The owner was fabulous at answering all questions and responding in a timely manner. We enjoyed spending time in the back yard on the patio. The location was great and we loved the neighborhood. We would highly recommend staying here. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Fantastic Pet Friendly Home

This home was exactly as advertised. Very spacious and clean. Quiet neighborhood. Was bery close to her daughter’s apartment and pet friendly, which were 2 huge pluses. Host was very good at responding. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Rental

This was easy to rent and so much nicer than a hotel and a better rate especially so we could cook and eat as a family rather than paying for fast food! Despite the small amount of contruction going on in the subdivision, it was quiet and peaceful and easy access to the interstate and grocery stores.

Beautiful house

The house was awesome in a very new neighborhood. The owner was very quick to respond on anything we asked. Check in and out couldnt be easier. Thank you for the use of your place. Hopefully we can get it next year.

Nice new place safe neighborhood.

Pros: easy freeway access.Safe quiet neighborhood. You can take walks at night and there are probably not muggers waiting to pounce on you. And if there were most of Florida is armed, so it feels very secure. Neighbors are friendly. Garage access!! We were able to unload through the garage and it was raining even though you fully fit a long bed crew cab truck. It would be a big enough garage to park a standard SUV or a small pickup truck like an F150. At least big enough to cover your bed to unload. The home is nice and inside as pictured. As long as they keep up on maintenance this will be a great stay! Hosts have great customer service and are responsive if you need anything. Thank you! We hope to stay again when in the area.
