I would definitely recommend this property. Host was very responsive to any questions, interior of the property was very clean, beds were comfortable, property was spacious and kitchen had plenty of dishes, etc.

The home was definitely very clean. The snacks were an added bonus, as the home was stocked with paper towels, toilet tissue, cleaning supplies and an abundance of towels and extra linen. Would definitely recommend the Blue Cottage as the place to stay.

The host was welcoming. She even had a basket of snacks on the island when we arrived! We stayed for a short visit and were able to have our family all under one roof!

10/10 would stay here again. The house was clean, had snacks & coffee out, and just felt so welcoming. The beds slept great. The host was super fast at communicating with some issues we had with the lock. Great place to stay, only 8 minutes from the hospital if you're in town visiting someone there.

We enjoyed our stay here in Pensacola while we dropped our child off at college. The home was comfortable and close to shopping and the city, but a short drive to the beach.

This property was clean. The kitchen is well stocked if you plan to cook. The beds are comfortable. The host answers questions within a good timeframe.

It was not as decorated as in the pictures. Had a problem with various kinds of bugs in the bedrooms and laundry room. One of the bedroom's bed wasn't made properly and I had to hunt down sheets. There was no storage space in the bedrooms for clothes and no rods or hangers in the closet. The bathrooms had no towel bars or anywhere to store used towels. Unlike most VRBOs, there was literally nothing in the refrigerator: no condiments of any kind, no salt and pepper. There was a well stocked coffee area and a snack hub which was nice. The 1,500 damage deposit was a scare although I got it all back.
