Amazing location! Easy walk to the boardwalk for dinner, shopping and activities. Not to mention the onsite pool and beach front access.You will hear traffic and the draw bridge noises but you get use to it quick. Beautiful view from the balcony. We did not want to leave.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was a good vacation rental. But Management was very unconcerned about the elevator out of service for half the stay and we were on the fourth floor. There needs to be regular maintenance done on the elevators.

Nice family vacation

Location across from John's Pass was great. Condo was nice, but the beds could be improved. Master bathroom needs to have the shower fixed (it's a handicap shower which is fine, but water leaks out on to the floor). Overall, we had a fun time here.

Beach getaway

There's no better place to vacation than John's Pass. Everything you need is right there. The condo suited our needs however we had to give up the good beds to the kids and the double bed had a less desirable mattress and no ensuite. The condo came well equipped with essentials. Could use some more chairs for the patio and beach towels, but it didn't lessen our enjoyment of the property. Thanks very much for our stay. Hope to be back soon.

Summer 2023

We found the location fantastic. There was plenty of great restaurants and things for our group of ages 17 and up. No fault of the condo but we did have people above us making a lot of noise. I don't know if they were remodeling or what but 1am. is too late.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great! Great location, directly across from John’s Pass. the mattresses were very comfy!! We cooked in quite a bit. I do wish there were a couple larger pots and pans but I’m sure most people weren’t cooking in as much as we did. The only complaint I have is that the elevator was broken as often as it worked over the course of the week. My in-laws were supposed to come with us and last minute plans changed and they couldn’t. If they had, we would have had serious issues as they have mobility issues and can’t do stairs. I even called in advance and confirmed the elevator was working.

Flying wire at the door, Ventilation Grille in bathroom Falling from the wall, a door felt nearly from the wall. The general condition of the condo is a Desaster. Further it was not very clean. All in all pls. Do not book this condos.The only good thing is the area around with restaurants and Bars.

There were some cheap beach chairs in the room to use. I like that there was a code for all the doors and gates. So no keys to have to carry. Only downside is our bedroom was right next to the trash chute. So we could hear people dropping trash down of the mornings. Overall great experience for our family of 7.

Nice to have TV in each room. Nice pool with plenty space and shade if needed. Direct access to the beach. Great location to utilize Johns Pass.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, a great vacation. A couple things to work on though. The floors weren't very clean, sand present when we arrived. The hot water heater is set way too hot, potential injury waiting to happen. The attitude during check in (Stacy) was far less than desirable. I've been staying at Beach Place for >15 years and fully understand the rules and procedures for this place. I was talked to like I was a 5 year old. We had a slight problem with the AC unit, we called the desk for help and got a similar response, not good. The maintenance man arrived and promptly corrected the problem. He was courteous and professional.

Nice condo but sleepless nights due to noise in public parking lo

Reviewer Comments: It was a great location being across from the boardwalk but facing the bridge and the public parking lot was very loud at night with people hanging out, playing loud music and racing cars in circles around the lot. If we stay here again we will get a unit facing the gulf or the building farther away from public parking. The condo itself was very nice and clean. We loved the nice electric recliner. Would have been nice to have ice maker working but not a big deal. I would recommend this property but not this unit
