We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Gary and his wife were incredibly kind, helpful, and communicative every step of the way. We had a small issue our first night, and they came out the very next morning and took care of it right away. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our month-long stay. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and perfect for us. The location is fantastic—right between Petoskey and Harbor Springs and close to everything we wanted to do. We absolutely loved our time here and couldn’t recommend this home or the hosts enough. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year!

Place was nice. Weird smell when went into house that you got used to after being in house for while. House was nice but it was not easy for one of the guests who had some minor handicaps. Stairs steep and narrow. Hallway upstairs had angled roof line so more difficult for tall people. Also in hallway had a 4 inch step down and then a step up into bathroom which was not a problem for most of us but was very difficult for those with handicap issues. I think these items should be disclosed when booking property big issues for those who can’t get around easily. Host was very good and responded quickly. Good location close to petoskey.

Thanks for your review. That smell was a natural cleaner that our cleaning crew uses 😊. Thanks for noticing. Our cleaning crew takes pride in their work. Bedrooms and rooflines of older rehabilitated homes are like that. Shorter ceilings in the upstairs bedroom and hallway areas. Not set up for older folks or those with stair issues or those over 6’5”. Photos of the house are on our listing. Please look at those 😊. Come back and stay again sometime if you wish. Safe travels to your next destination.
