Spend your next family vacation or getaway with friends at this lovely Sunriver vacation home that is dog-friendly, and has a private hot tub that is perfect for unwinding after action-packed days in Central Oregon.

This home has an open, reverse floor plan - all the common living areas are upstairs, with three of the bedrooms on the downstairs level. The feel is warm and inviting throughout with private balconies, updated lighting, new beds and mattresses in all of the bedrooms and new paint throughout.

The living room has ample, comfortable seating, Smart TV, Blu-ray DVD player, and a gorgeous new stone fireplace (wood is provided). Enjoy comfy movie nights, and head out through the sliding glass doors to the balcony - a perfect place to drink morning coffee or share a bottle of wine. Inside, you'll be able to relax in central air conditioning.

The dining room and kitchen are nice and open with vaulted cedar ceilings, matching appliances, and lots of seating at the dining table and island. All of your favorite meals will be a snap to whip up in the full stocked kitchen.

The primary bedroom is located on the main level and has a king bed, TV and en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. This bathroom is also accessible from the hallway.

Three additional bedrooms are located downstairs. The first bedroom has a brand new king mattress. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed and would be an ideal space for those traveling with children. There is a shared, full bathroom with shower/tub combo for guests on this level to share.

There's a full washer/dryer, a gas grill for barbecues, plus that private hot tub for soaking your cares away.

Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are available for guest use in the home.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.
