Step into the main level, where an open-concept layout brings together a fully stocked kitchen, cozy living room, and stylish dining area. Prepare group meals while staying connected with your crew thanks to a large kitchen island and rustic farm table that seats eight. Take in lake views through the expansive windows or step outside to the screened-in porch, ideal for three-season relaxation.

On the main floor, the primary king suite offers private deck access, an en suite bathroom, and serene lake views. There's also a dedicated home office with a queen sleeper sofa, perfect for remote work or extra sleeping space.

Head upstairs to find four additional bedrooms and a spacious loft. Three king bedrooms (two en suite, one with a shared hall bath) provide comfort and privacy for adults. The bunk room features two twin-over-twin beds and a sectional with a large TV—an instant hit for the kids. The loft space adds even more flexibility with a queen sofa bed and a built-in Connect Four wall game for some friendly competition.

The garage game room delivers hours of fun with ping pong, foosball, Pop-a-Shot, and classic arcade games—perfect for rainy days or evening hangouts.

Outdoors, the fully fenced yard is both pet- and kid-friendly, offering corn hole, a Solo Stove fire pit, and room to roam. Down by the water, enjoy your private dock with room to tie up a rental boat or launch one of the included kayaks. Lounge under the covered dock seating area with ceiling fans and lakeside views.

Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
📝 Signed Lease Required
To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.

Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.

We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted.
