Come enjoy a relaxing get away in our brand new, beach themed house, just minutes from all the best that Oceanside has to offer.
Experience a local coffee shop, try some hometown cuisine, or walk the pier - all within walking distance or a short drive from our home.

The kitchen is AMAZING. Lots of counter space and fully stocked with everything you`d need to cook during your stay.

We`ve included:

- Muffin tin
- Bread Pan
- Crock Pot & Coffee
- Tea & Honey
- Blender
- Full knife set
- Mixing bowls
- Glass storage containers
- Cooking utensils
- Cooking essentials

Each room has it`s own beach theme.
The first bedroom has a queen with a desk if you`re wanting a workation.
The second bedroom can easily serve as kids` room with a double full bunk.
The master bedroom is tucked in the back with its own bathroom.

*No AC installed. Cools well with ceiling fans and open windows.

This is a stand alone home with guest parking for 2 cars, side by side.
There is the opportunity for parking for additional cars on the street. Be sure to get a spot before 4pm.

Even though we have a contactless set up for check in, I really enjoy hosting and want to make sure that my guests’ stays are great. I’ve got all the notifications set to be available should I be needed.

Tucked in a few blocks from the main downtown road, Coast Hwy, our home is amongst a mix of older Oceanside homes and apartments and newly renovated properties.

Located less than 2 miles from the beach, pier, and downtown restaurants, this spot is a prime location for walking.
Our home is also walking distance to the Oceanside train station.
Access to I-5 freeway is also simple and easy, for those who want to explore other parts of North County San Diego

The front house is also occupied. Please do not park directly outside of front house windows
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM
No parties or guests not included on the reservation without explicit permission from host. We have good relations with our neighbors and want to keep it that way!
No smoking, marajuana, vaping or e-cigarettes of any kind inside the house
Pets are not allowed

Loved our stay in Oceanside. The place was so beautiful and it had all the amenities we needed. The beds were really comfortable and great communication with the owner. My girlfriends and I had an amazing stay. I would definitely come again!

The property was as advertised. The host was helpful and communicated often and well. Some of the indoor and outdoor furniture is worn and needs to be replaced, but I would definitely rent this home again.

A Lovely Stay

A great location for our family beach vacation. Minutes from the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated the outdoor space. A wonderful way to relax after a day at the beach with one another. The owner was easy to work with. We would defiantly book this again.

This was the best place we could have hoped to stay while visiting California. Robin is such a sweet and accommodating host. Communicating with her was such a pleasure and always quick responses. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home while away from home. The house is much bigger than the photos show, which was a VERY pleasant surprise when we arrived. The house was extremely clean, which was a big thing for me! Everywhere we went was about 5-15minutes from us, with tons of food options and sites to see. Overall would HIGHLY recommend this house if you visiting near this area.

The location of this property is perfect for a San Diego vacation. We are a moderate walk or short drive from the beach, but also close to the freeway for easy access to Legoands in Carlsbad or San Diego proper for other fun adventures.

この宿泊施設の特徴

This property is unique in that we personally designed and redid this house with you in mind! We wanted it to be family friendly, cozy, and modern. I care a lot about cooking my own food, so we made sure the kitchen has everything you need. Additionally, we love being able to grill and hang outside, so we created beautiful space for you to relax and enjoy yourself under our trendy string lights. Not to mention, there's an awesome outdoor surfboard shower for you to rinse off with after the beach! This property belonged to my grandparents who diligently took care of it as long as they could. They were some of the most generous, servant-hearted, and hospital people I've known. We hope to continue their legacy through what we've provided for you in fun and comfort in our space!
