This property is perfect for visiting St Pete area beaches and Fort de Soto state park!!! Condo was super clean, well stocked kitchen for cooking meals. Beach chairs available for use, perfect if you fly into the area. Waterfront pool was amazing!! Will definitely visit again!!

Loved this stay! I would say, if you are a fan sleeper, bring it! There’s not much air circulation in the room. Bed was comfy. Carpet could be replaced but overall wonderful stay. Host was truly worth the stay! GREAT AREA!!!!

I truly enjoyed my 7-Day stay at this property. The condo was clean, well maintained, well stocked and as advertised. As a single 50-something female traveler, I felt very safe in the location. It is in perfect proximity to Fort De Soto State Park as well as St. Pete Beach, which were my two primary travel destinations. The grounds are well. Kept maintained and the on-site staff are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be booking here again in the future.

Our stay

Our condo was perfect for us. Neat and clean and comfortable. We love Tierra Verde and Ft Desoto beach and it was just a short drive to them.

The resort itself is first rate. Great location. Wonderful pool and deck/grilling station. Great views over water. The condo itself needs some attention. The carpet was soiled in a number of areas, and has an unpleasant odor. and needs replacing. The couch and chair in living room are very uncomfortable, otherwise the rest of the furniture is OK. The kitchen utensils are lacking. Not terrible, but for the money the expectation is higher

Excellent

Beautiful location and view of the water. We were able to see dolphins every day! The unit is clean and nicely stocked with essentials to make the stay comfortable. The grounds are excellently maintained. I will definitely stay here again! 5 out of 5 🌟!

The property was nice, clean, functional for our purposes. Our only complaint would be to suggest an upgrade on the sofa and chair in TV room they were not comfortable. Otherwise everything else was more than satisfactory

I’m afraid our stay was probably in the bottom 3 places we’ve ever stayed in almost 40 years. At the end of our stay I threw my slippers away. They were black from walking on the carpet. It looked extremely old, worn and unclean. The accommodation smelt damp and as though it had not been used for some time. We spent a good time trying to air the place. We were so disappointed that we were continually in the dark - all day we needed electric lighting. The codes give. For the laundry etc we’re out of date. We had to eat from plastic plates. There were no place mats, and very few utilities for the kitchen. On the plus side the pool/decking had a beautiful view. The area was wonderful- we will definitely visit again. But not to this property. So sorry to give this review - we were extremely disappointed.

The actual property was good! It was very clean and true to the pictures. The grounds were nicely kept and well maintained. However please note the check-in info from the property management company was outdated and they only respond during business hours. Unfortunately, after they were initially contacted (during business hours) I was left with a loud low battery smoke alarm that chirped all throughout the night for 2 nights before someone was available to come and solve such a small issue. Considering the chirping would happen at 2am, 3am, and 4am I was forced to solve issue myself with their response being thanks so now we don't have to come out. For such a nice unit the customer service needs to be improved. And please update the welcome packet to inform guest of the new toll system.
