I welcome you to your home away from home!

Whether you're here for work, pleasure, or visiting loved ones; this space is a perfect gathering spot for all. Our open concept living room, stainless steel appliances, and state of the art beds and linens will make you feel right at home. Not only is the space cozy and inviting, but we are also centrally located. We are close enough to be a 5 min drive to the heart of campus, but also right outside of the busy noise of College Station! :)

This unit is located in the West Villa district, right next to the new Midtown park in Bryan, Texas. Very quiet side of town and is a short 5 minute ride into the heart of campus.

2 week stay

My husband, son, and I had a wonderful time here. The house was cleanly and had lots of the basics (pots, pans, plates, shampoo, conditioner, etc). The owners obviously took previous reviews into account to make improvements. The townhouse is close to campus while not being in too busy of an area. Absolutely would stay here again.

Clean vrbo

Very clean vrbo in a rundown section of Bryan. Vrbo had minimal extras… No extra towels, no bath mat, minimal coffee selection. No mirrors or trash cans in bedrooms. No chairs or table in back yard. Owner responded but not helpful.

Nice, convenient to Kyle Field

Very clean and comfortable and I would definitely stay here again. That being said, be prepared because they don’t provide some of the typical amenities. There was no soap or shampoo. No regular coffee (only blueberry???). Four towels for four guests, but only two wash cloths and two hand towels. And no bath mat.

Clean, convenient, and affordable

Home was comfortable, clean, and great for 2 couples to stay for a weekend. Location was very convenient for Brazos County Expo Center and campus. We just didn’t love the neighborhood. Cleanliness, convenience, and affordability made it a good rental

Convenient Location

It was pretty obvious this was a fairly new "listing" for VRBO. I was concerned with the sliding door to the back yard not locking at all. There were no instructions about what to do when we departed. There was no toaster and had to use the broiler part of the oven to toast bagels etc. The two bedrooms could use a mirror in them and a small trashcan too. The neighborhood was quiet. It would be nice to have a better selection of coffee pods there too. There was no listing of places to go to eat at or any other useful information. The owner did not respond to my concern about the sliding door not locking.

Adult getaway

Great experience overall. Only problem was restroom outlet didn’t work. And there was no extra mirrors. But other than that it was great. Definitely recommend this stay!! ♥️
