Our vibrant 3-bedroom home offers a unique retro vibe. Note: 2 bedrooms are available for guest use; 1 bedroom remains private.
Just 10 minutes from the Musical Instrument Museum, and 20–25 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, Downtown Phoenix, New River, Tempe, and Glendale. Most locations across the Valley are within a 30–45 minute drive.
🔑 Easy self check-in with keypad entry. Each guest room has its own keypad lock—perfect for groups or privacy-conscious travelers.
🛍️ Forgot something? We provide complimentary essentials and convenient items for your stay.

For this area & in the valley, we are the most affordable private space. The goal is to offer solo travelers a spot that is affordable and groups a space to create & have a good time.
