Enjoy your vacation in Anchorage in this newly renovated, contemporary 2 bedroom 1 bath basement apartment with home theater and workout area. You will have your own private entrance to the downstairs of a 3 story home. This 1650 sft space is located on a safe, quiet, one acre lot on a neighborhood street. It boasts easy access to the Alaska Zoo and the Chugach State Park trail system. Moose and wildlife will occasionally frequent the property as do small birds to create a peaceful morning coffee scene.

Very nice accommodations located in quiet neighborhood with good access to Anchorage and beyond. Very clean and well maintained with lots of thoughtful extras provided. Host was very responsive to any communication. This was our first visit to Alaska and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great location

Love the location, easy access to highways, groceries, and restaurants. Neighborhood clean and quiet. Coffee bar was very nice. Everything we needed for our stay in Anchorage.

Great Place. Every detail considered.

I've never felt compelled to give a 5 star review as most VRBO's we've stayed at don't live up to that level, however this one does. This unit was very clean, kitchen was well equipped (not with cheap stuff) Appliances were higher end, Amy thought of everything from Bug and Bear repellent by the front door to blow dryer and curling iron. The shower was great with good pressure and soft water. The Bed was firm, comfortable, and no divots. They even thought of a spare HDMI cable hanging from the wall mounted TV for your own streaming device. We are Alaskans that moved south in retirement and travel back up to visit family a couple times each year. From now on, we'll look to see if Amy's place is available before booking anything.

Spotless

We enjoyed this home so much! I have to say that the online pictures don’t truly show how amazing it is. It was spotless, and our host literally thought of everything! There were Nespresso pods, laundry detergent, creamer already stocked in the fridge, the list is endless and everything was clean and super well organized. It was the perfect location for us and it felt like home away from home. Thank you Amy
