Washer & Dryer. Large deck with gas grill. Landscaped backyard with fire pit. This is not your typical vacation rental. It is our home and is only rented for weeks we are away. A great rental for 1 or 2 couples or a small family (note, both beds are queen beds and on 18” frames).
House is on a quiet dead end road. 1 mile to Mystic Seaport, 1 ½ miles to historic downtown Mystic (easy bike ride, no hills), 2 miles to Mystic Aquarium, 2 miles to Olde Mistick Village, ½ mile to Denison Nature Center, 3 miles to Pequot Golf Course, 10 miles to Foxwood Casino. 1 ½ miles to large grocery store. Only 2 ½ miles from I-95.
Maximum 4 people. No smoking, no pets, no large parties allowed. Linens and towels, full bathroom including soap, shampoo and paper products are provided.
