The condominium is situated on the beach, and from the house you have an partial view to the Caribbean Sea, walking distance 20 steps from the house you will be in the sand.
You are about 10 minutes by bus from the major area such as shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainments in the hotel zone, and only 10mn by bus from down town. Walking distance 10mn you have access at the new Shopping Mall Puerto Cancun one of the biggest in Latin America.
Inside the Residence, you will enjoy a stylish décor, comfortable furnishings, attractive bedrooms in suites and high hand amenities to make your vacation a perfect getaway.

Is a nice Residential Complex on the beach, with security 24/7. Ww have 3 houses in this complex, because the location is aboslutley perfect, where walking distance you have all what you will need for your vacation.
