This home is only a mile from the Newport Beach Peninsula and walkable to great restaurants, bars, coffee shops and grocery stores. The beautiful Heller park is right across the street and the gorgeous Back Bay is less than 2 miles away. This stylish property features 2 cozy on suite bedrooms with 2 queen beds, 1 twin bed, plus a fold out travel twin bed, perfect for a family or a group of friends. Enjoy the amazing amenities like fully stocked kitchen, heating, WiFi, AC, and a washing machine plus dryer during your stay. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place.

Very comfortable home with a nice backyard area. Very clean. It is behind the main house and easy to access on foot with street parking.

My husband and I had a very nice stay at this property in Costa Mesa. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to prepare meals.The space or ADU in back of the owner’s home was spacious and private enough for us and there was a nice small yard for our pooches. The neighborhood was very walkable with so many good restaurants nearby most of which our host Vanessa recommended. All of our questions were answered promptly. Parking was through a very tight driveway in the back of the home so would be good for a small vehicle but there was always street parking available. The few things we would recommend for this property would be to lower the TV by a foot on the wall, to place a hook to hang hats or leashes next to the entrance, and to place a towel bar in the second bathroom. Another added plus was the washer and dryer which really helped when being away from home for one week. We would definitely recommend this home with ample space and a nice yard with a BBQ grill to enjoy.

We loved our stay. The house is located in a great neighborhood. It is close to all the activities we went to. There is parking at the house which is rare in some areas of the city. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. We all slept well. There was no city noise. We enjoyed all the beautiful flowers on the property. We had fun drinking our coffee on the patio every morning. Grocery shopping was very close by. I highly recommend a stay here!

Quiet, convenient location

The house was clean and had all of the essentials. It’s in a great location with easy access to Newport and Costa Mesa. There’s a nice park a few steps away and you could easily walk to restaurants and shops from the house.
