Everything was great place was nice and clean and really cool Lexington definitely a fun place Thanks so much only thing i didn't like was the parking and the construction but all together 4 star would definitely stay again.

I was actually never inside the unit as I was not able to get in touch with the host and never received check in instructions. I had to be reimbursed and had to find a hotel which was not easy in Lexington on a busy weekend last minute

A little hidden Jem

An amazing place to stay if you are attending anything at Rupp. Just a short walk with so many places to see along the way. I will for sure stay here again.

Easy walk to Rupp Arena

We stayed one night after a concert at Rupp Arena. The apartment was very homey with a really comfortable bed. The vintage tile floor in the bathroom was amazing!

Convenient location, clean and comfortable

The area were this place is located is perfect. I could get to Rupp arena in 15 minutes by foot. If I was feeling lazy, I had an uber to pick me up within minutes. Great location. The place was clean. The host was very easy to work with. Overall, a very comfortable stay!

Nice location!

Very comfortable bed, clean, and very nice location. My partner and I were in town for a work conference of hers, which was at the Hyatt. It was a nice walk with a few coffee and breakfast options along the way each morning. I went along and then returned to work remotely from the apartment with no issues. We were within easy walking distance of all the restaurant options down town, and the place is also right across the street from the University of Kentucky.

Convenient location

Great location for walking to local restaurants and bars in the downtown area. Front door area I could use better lighting or coming in at night. Overall cleanliness was pretty good except for I was disappointed with the shower. It definitely could have used a scrub.

Overall very good

I didnt like that the apartment was in the back, and at night coming out of the apartment was a little scary. The plot was very dark and a little spooky but everything else was very good. The apartment was pleasant everything worked fine in the apartment no issues

The home smelled a bit like smoke and the patio around the entrance door was surrounded by cigarette butts. Its an old property and the person who lives above is a night owl. So, if you are a light sleeper, I'd consider a noise machine or stay elsewhere. This wasn't a terrible stay. Just fine.

THE WORST- UNSAFE - UNCLEAN

It couldn’t get any worse. I have suspicion It f mold and the main door was one firm push away from being broken down. I felt so unsafe not to mention the window was wide open when we showed up with no screen or any type of security.

This guest requested to cancel their reservation, and when we informed them it was not possible due to our cancellation policy, left this review in retaliation. They did not stay in the unit and these claims are false.

Everything about the place is fine, but no better than fine. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was great, good TV, and the location is walkable to downtown if you don't have a car. Everything else was mediocre. It's in the back of an old house in an old part of town in a mildly dirty neighborhood. Not necessarily an unsafe neighborhood but definitely felt a little sketchy arriving at night. We could hear the upstairs neighbor at all times of day and night. Everything in the house felt dingy (smudged and slightly dirty dishes, old towels, floors) because it's an old house. Everything worked, but the pictures online are definitely slightly misleading of the general cleanliness and moderness of the house.

Not as advertised

The smell of cigarette smoke started from the entry of the unit and lasted throughout! This was advertised as a smoke free property. It was so bad that I could not stay there and had to go to a hotel. When I reported this to the property manager, they basically called me a liar saying that there was 100% no smell of smoke in the unit. The cleanliness was also sub-par. There were multiple "bodily stains" on the bed comforter.

The guest arrived and smelled cigarette smoke just inside the entryway of the unit, and then immediately left to get a hotel. When they informed us a few hours later, we went to the property to check, but could not smell anything. It is our belief that someone had smoked outside the unit just before the guest checked in, and the smoke had wafted inside, but had dissipated by the time we arrived. The guest, however, would not return to the property to verify that the smell was gone, and left this review instead.
