The Kitchen is laden with a sparkling new Quartz countertop that opens to the Living Room and Hallway, complete with a beachy color scheme in soft white with convenient drawer pulls. Whip up your favorite seaside meals with brand-new appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. As an added plus, this beach condo offers a new Washer & Dryer. You'll find Ceiling Fans throughout the condo, including each Bedroom.

Walk out onto the Deck for enjoyable views with lovely New Sliding Glass Doors that keep the interior of the condo quiet and cozy for morning reading on the sofa. While there may be construction noise in Cinnamon Shores South during the day, these doors will ensure the noise, if any, is minimized.

Condo 309 is a Two-Bedroom, Two-Bath Vacation Rental in the Beachfront Resort of La Mirage, which is located about 5 miles south of downtown Port Aransas. The sounds of the waves can be heard from the deck, and while this Vacation Rental offers relaxing views of the Gulf of Mexico, it also looks out over the newest beachfront resort community, Cinnamon Shores South.

The Living Room sports a 65” Roku TV with Guest Mode. Simply key in your Arrival and Departure dates, and the access to any streaming sites you may have signed into will be deleted upon departure. Spectrum TV is available on all TVs.

The Master Bedroom has a King-Sized Bed while the Guest Bedroom provides a Queen-Sized Bed. Both Bedrooms have Smart TVs, with the Guest Bedroom boasting a 50” Roku TV that also has a guest mode for those who want to sign in to their streaming sites and binge on movies. Both Bedrooms have adjoining Full Bathrooms. The Master has a Bath and Shower Combo, while the Guest Bedroom has a Walk-In Shower

The Beach is accessed by taking a short trip down the elevator and strolling over to the Private Boardwalk that leads you directly to the Beach! This is a Beachfront Complex, which means the beach is accessible from the ground floor of the complex by the Dune Walkover. From the top floor walkway, you can enjoy the view of the Two Pools (one of which is Heated from November through March) and the two Relaxing Hot Tubs. You may also want to stop at the Third-Floor patio corners on the Northeast or Southeast and enjoy the expansive views.

If you are traveling with a group and want a place to congregate to talk, play board games, or maybe a game of table tennis, the newly renovated Recreation Room is located on the 1st Floor and is open until 9:00 PM daily.

The kitchen is well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker (K-cup or ground), microwave, and large appliances). The enhanced cleaning has not allowed open food products such as spices or seasoning to remain in the unit. In addition, all ice must be removed and refrozen by each guest.

The condo is supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied. Please bring Beach Towels.

A start up supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 kitchen trash bags, 1 kitchen sponge, bar hand soap for each sink, dishwasher tablets and 1 small bottle of dish soap along with basic toiletries will be provided. If more supplies are needed, please visit the front desk.

This condo comes with a covered parking space. Parking passes are required. Spaces are reserved; please park in your assigned spot. If you bring an additional vehicle, it will need to be parked in the guest parking lot at the front of the complex.
