Relax in this charming poolside studio, complete with a private balcony overlooking the lush, tropically landscaped pool area. Enjoy beautiful sunsets or a cup of coffee.
Spanning 550 square feet, this studio features a king-size bed and a queen sofa sleeper, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The fully equipped kitchen and full bathroom provide everything you need for a convenient and comfortable stay. Poolside relaxation and easy beach access make this cozy condo perfect for a weekend getaway.

This condominium unit is part of the Casa on the Beach Resort Rental Program and is managed by CCMS Resorts/CCMS, Inc. Rates are determined by the Co-Owner's Association. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and check in, unless accompanied by a parent. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for summer holiday weekends, including Memorial Day, Labor Day, and July 4th. The unit offers a studio, 1 bathroom, with a maximum occupancy of 4 persons. Please note that occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

Great getaway, easy access to everything

Great getaway for a long weekend. Convenient and friendly check in staff and ample parking available. Beach access was ideal and room was accurately described from the listing - included everything one might need. The unit is older so AC is loud, but was easy for us to get used to. Would def recommend and look forward to being back!

Casa Condos were splendid👌

Stayed here for our Baby Moon weekend and couldnt be happier with the staff, rooms, location, cleanliness and all around quality of Casa! Would recommend - will stay again!

Convenient and right on the beach. Easy walk

The property and room was clean and the description was accurate. The food out sleeper was not comfortable but none of them really are. The bed was comfortable. Overall a nice stay!

Quiet retreat on the beach

Property is well maintained and has all you need for a trip to the beach. This unit could use better sun blocking window shades and a closet clean out. Other than that, there were ample towels anf cookware.

Casa Condos on the beach

Nice room, relatively quiet with beach homes surrounding it. Streets and signs are limited with the exception of “Casa” on the 6-story pink building. Neighboring development has a little coffee shop cafe and another restaurant/lounge or it’s a drive. Lots of beach carts to drive other than on the highway. Great staff and very friendly!

Nice Place

The place was very nice especially since it was very close to the beach and had its own kitchen. The only problem was that the elevator was not working so it was a pain having to carry everything up and down the steps since we stayed on the 4th floor other than that it was a nice place and I would definitely come back. Thank you.

Great location, very nice staff!

Office staff was very nice and check in/out was very easy. Condominium was a bit run down but clean with the exception of someone’s thong we found in the top drawer of the bedside stand and black mold on the air vents. We did notify staff of the black mold at checkout so maybe that will be taken care of! Also the closet was jammed packed with maintenance junk like paint and odds and ends so there was no room to utilize it for clothes or storage. Sheets were clean which is one of the most important things to us! Location was great, easy access to beach. Considering the price we paid, I would return if the black mold is taken care of! Overall a positive experience

Perfect location

This property exceeded my expectations. It's a beautiful condo and easy walk to the beach. My husband has knee problems and the elevator and close proximity to the beach was much appreciated. I think this unit is a hidden gem and i feel so lucky to have found ot just in time to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. Our kids are 10 and 15 and we loved our stay here. We were very comfortable in the unit. Thank you so much! I'd gladly stay here again.

The room was just a hotel room that was nothing more than average, but not terrible either. The customer service, however, was terrible! If you have any questions, plan to get a smart mouth reply from whomever answers their emails. My key cards did not work on any exterior door to get into the building and I was told to wave it in front of the black box. I'm aware how key cards work, since they are in every hotel in the country, but mine would flash a green light and not open the door to the office or the pool area. No phone number to contact anybody. Sign says after hours phone number, but when you call that, it says you've reached us after hours and call again later. I will not be staying at these accommodations again just due to the poor customer service.

Time to Relax

Perfect place to get away and relax! The condo’s are easy to get to and right on the beach. Everything was as communicated except they neglected to tell me the pool was being renovated. It was completed and filled while I was there but they told me there were too many chemicals for blond or treated hair. I didn’t miss the pool at all because the beach & ocean are at the back door! The condo’s are comfortable and clean. I’ll go back!

Had a few problems

The room we booked was not clean when we arrived. The staff put us in another room. We were happy. I just think they are still under to much construction to be making the casa available right now. But, overall we had a nice stay. The path to the beach needs a lot of work.

Fun

The condo called me the day on Tuesday to get our finally payment didn’t have a problem with that. The problem came 24 hrs later. They sent us an email letting us know the pool would not be available for use but we could used the city pool in Port A. They were rude about it when I called them knowing we could not cancel. The room was what we expected but disappointed about the pool.
