Privately owned 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condo on the 12th floor of ESJ Towers, next to the El San Juan/Fairmont Hotel. This bright, stylish space in the heart of Isla Verde is perfect for couples, small groups, and families, and is just 5 minutes from the airport.

What We Love About Our Property:
Our apartment sits directly on a beautiful sandy beach, offering breathtaking ocean views and the soothing sound of waves. It's equipped with A/C, high-speed wifi, comfortable beds in separate rooms for privacy, a fully equipped kitchen, and brand new smart TVs & blackout curtains in every room. Beach essentials (e.g., towels, chairs, cooler, umbrella) are included for your stay.

Great views. Lovely place. Would definitely rent again!FYI - the beach access from the building is only from 7 am to 7 pm per the condo building locking the doors. You can still get there after 7, but you have a 2 block walk. Not a problem, just surprised us. Also surprised that the sun sets around 7 pm here in June, so might help others plan their days. Wonderful place. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Lovely Vacation Stay

It was a nice place to stay with great views. The beach acess is just steps from the building and plenty of restaurants within walking distance to pick from. Its also a plus because you have your own private parking space as not all places offer that with the price of the stay. They also have 24 hour security and always ready to help in any way.

Excellent stay

We had an excellent stay here. The apartment was as pictured, clean and well appointed with extras for the beach. The building was also well run with helpful doormen & a great place for breakfast in the lobby. We hope to definitely stay here again :-) Thank you!!

Amazing spot, great apartment

This apartment is in a fantastic location. The views from the living room are breathtaking. Access to the beautiful Isla Verde beach is unbeatable. The apartment was also really very nice and comfortable.

Perfect little getaway!

We stayed here during our son's Spring break. The unit was just as described, very clean and had everything we needed. At night, the Teens were able to Uber to hot spots as we relaxed on the porch overlooking the ocean. The porch was perfect for morning coffee views as well. Great communication by the owners. This is a very quiet building/area at night but right next to the casino. The gate was locked to the beach at 7 pm so you would have to walk to the public beach access ramp if you wanted to go for a nightly walk on the beach. The keypad to the gate was not working at the time. Great place and would book again!

This stay was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. We chose this condo to celebrate our granddaughter’s 3rd birthday and her very first trip to Puerto Rico, and it turned into a truly unforgettable experience.The condo itself is spacious, beautifully maintained, and impeccably clean. Every detail feels well thought out, and the ocean view is simply breathtaking morning coffee and evening sunsets became highlights of our day. The layout easily accommodated our family, giving everyone comfort without ever feeling crowded.The location is a major advantage. You’re just minutes from the airport, which makes arrival and departure incredibly convenient, yet you still feel like you’re in a true beachfront escape. You’re also close to fantastic dining options, including the famous kiosks in Loíza, as well as easy access to Old San Juan and major highways for exploring the island.A few recommendations for future guests:* Take full advantage of the balcony views sunrise and sunset are both worth it.* Visit the Loíza kiosks for authentic local food (a must).* Plan at least one day in Old San Juan it’s an easy drive and absolutely worth it.* If traveling with family, this place is ideal for both relaxing and using as a home base for adventures.The host was excellent, making the entire process smooth and welcoming. This property delivers on comfort, location, and overall experience. Highly recommended

Pool wasn't available. View was mixed on an angle so saw a lot of other condos. Living room and dining room furniture needed replaced. Too many added fees! Second bathroom is small.

Renter beware!

I have stayed at numerous homes, villas, apartments, etc with VRBO and another rental agency that I was told I couldn’t mention over the last 15 years. NEVER have I been disappointed in any of my stays until now. There was absolutely nothing luxurious about this apartment as described. There were bugs in the kitchen, the floors were so filthy that our feet were black on the bottom. Half of the Apartment was cool and the other half was not. There were these huge fans on the balcony that were blowing warm air. I told the owner that we could not enjoy the balcony with the hot fans blowing. Her solution was to turn off the air conditioning on the inside of the apartment then I could turn off the fans on the balcony. That is not a solution in 95° weather. After voicing my concerns with the apartment I was told by the host/owner that she would refund my stay. We left the next morning and because it was after the 10am checkout I was charged for 2 nights. In the end I was reimbursed for 5 nights minus all cleaning and other fees. Such a scam in my opinion.

Cynthia, a retired Speech Pathologist and Teacher, was born and raised in NY. After over 30 years of visiting Puerto Rico every summer, she finally bought her dream apartment there.

Javier, a retired NYC Correction Officer, is also a native New Yorker. He is fluent in English and Spanish and loves everything about Manhattan, from Citifield and Yankee Stadium to the US Open Tennis and shopping malls.
