DETAILED DESCRIPTION
This private 1 bedroom, 1 bath home is 1/2 of a duplex with a shared laundry. The home was previously a single family home. This unit is faced away from the street, towards the rear of the lot.

The bedroom is open to the living room (no door).

Living room furniture: There's a small couch functioning more like a chaise lounge for 1, & a medium size armchair. There's also a foot stool that can be shared by the couch & chair.


In the summer there is a "glamping" spot in the rear that is rented out- it's a 27' vintage motorhome. So there may be an opportunity to meet fellow travelers! The firepit area is shared for your your unit and the Glampers.


PARKING
There is room for 1 car to park off street, plus plenty of free street parking.


OUTDOOR SPACES
Private large covered patio with dining table
The patio area and a small section of the yard is fenced for medium and large dogs. Little ones may be able to get through the slats.
Propane BBQ.


The laundry room is adjacent to your private patio, but the other unit does not have access to your patio area.

*This property borders a school parking lot on the rear; which means it is usually nice and quiet! The football field is about a hundred yards away so on game night there will be game lights and some cheering! GO TIGERS!*

HEATING
This used to be a single family home, the original heating system is still in place and ia controlled by a thermostat in the front unit. I have it set to 60 max for the whole house furnace, you can close your ceiling vents or utilize the space heaters to adjust the heat in your unit.


SMOKING
You're welcome to smoke outside, but pick up your butts please.
Additional $75 charge if I have to do it for you.

MOTHER NATURE
Regular pest control is performed on the property, however this is Florida people! An occasional bug or 2 may find it's way inside.
