Can’t beat this location which is why we choose this community. However, we stayed in one of these homes just 4 houses down, even closer to pier park last year for half the price. Exact same house in every way except less expensive & had smart TVs. Idk. Update your TV’s. Not worth the price unless you’re booking last minute like I was. Overall location is perfect & house is as advertised. Bring your Roku! Beach is across the street & less crowded than nearer the giant condo buildings. Makes the beach much more enjoyable not fighting through chair rentals to see the water.

Perfect Getaway

It’s was a perfect fit! Lots of room on each level! Garage was great to have for all of the coolers and beach/fishing poles! Beds were comfy. Patio was great in morning and evenings! Kitchen was well equipped. Lots of eating space! We bought groceries and had delivered upon arrival. Pool was great to relax in with the family when we had double red flags! Walking distance was great for older ones to go out and enjoy Pier Park in evenings. Public access to ocean was directly across from houses! Bring your pillows is all I can recommend.

Decent Place, nice stay

Location to Pier Park and beaches can’t be beat. The place could use a bit of updating, but overall is clean. Beds are comfortable and there’s plenty towels provided. Two notes, however. They ask you not to turn the air below 70. That can be a deal breaker for some, ehem, older women. Also, be aware the kitchen and living area are on the third floor. Not a big issue for us and not something that can be changed, but it could be for someone with limited mobility.

We spoke with Vrbo regarding the issues with the rental, and due to the discrepancies and unacceptable conditions, we decided to check out of the property. We have included photos documenting the issues we encountered.When we come to Panama City, we expect a clean, safe, and well-maintained vacation rental. Unfortunately, the condition of this property did not meet those expectations, especially considering the price being charged.Among the issues we found were wasp nests around the property, multiple paint cans and other items throughout the garage, and other conditions documented in the photos. Most concerning, we also found what appears to be a used latex condom in one of the bedrooms, which is completely unacceptable for a vacation rental and raises serious concerns regarding the cleanliness of the property.Please advise us on the next steps regarding our checkout and the resolution of this matter, including any refund or reimbursement that may apply.Thank you, and we look forward to your prompt response.
