La Casita de Karma, Private, Amazing Views of KM 59 / KM 61, Direct Beach Access

La Casita is located on the upper area of our 5 acre private property.
You will have direct beach view, access, air conditioning and locally prepared meals.
La Casita itself has a large room with two/ twin beds, kitchen and private bath.
There is also a small bedroom, with one twin bed and offers more privacy than the main room.
There is a large covered terrace with hammocks on the front of La Casita for chill'n out of the tropical sun and watching the surf and soccer action on the beach.
The private bath off of the Main room and is shared with all four beds.
The view is amazing due to the fact that it is the only place in in the neighborhood that you can see both KM59 & KM61 Surf breaks from the terrace and windows.
Being on the upper portion of the property, you will be surrounded by the ambient sounds of nature and breaking waves.
The walk to the beach is via our private stairway that leads you directly to the beach at KM59, paddle out and Enjoy.
There is also an outside shower to rinse off prior to La Casita entry.
La Casita is perfect for a small group or solo travelers as it is reasonably priced, with all the amenities.
The Señora on-site will gladly prepare local meals for you daily based on your request at a minimal price, that is less than meal tax in the states.
The location has multiple local restaurants with-in walking distance.
There are many walking trails and caves to explore in close proximity.
We also offer day trips to the Countries many highlights, such as Massive Water Falls, Mayan Ruins, Local Breweries, The Capitol of San Salvador, we also have 14 Volcanoes to explore.
Our driver has been driving for our Family for over 30 years.
He has multiple vehicles of different sizes / capacity for airport pick-up / drop off, as well as anywhere you would like to go in the El Salvador during your stay.
As our driver is known throughout the entire Country.

The care taker Family on our property are warm, welcoming and are there to assist you with any of your vacation needs.
As mentioned the Señora is an amazing chef, who will pro pare any meals requested at the time requested.
Therefore you can plan your days activities, after which you can enjoy some fresh Salvadorian cuisine :)
