Enjoy Tampa in the best way possible!Entire townhome located in the heart of Tampa.Townhome includes two spacious bedrooms with 1.5 bathroom. Full kitchen and spacious backyard. Includes free covered parking for vehicles.

Travel times include:

- 1 min - Busch Gardens Adventure Island
- 5 mins to USF
- 5 mins to Moffit cancer center
- 5 mins VA Hospital
- 8 mins Advent Health Hospital
- 10 mins Lowry park zoo

The space
We provided pictures for it.
Guest access
Can access all house in and outside. Just we have one utilities closet locked. We don’t have special access for person with mobility needs. It is a townhome with stairs up to 2nd floor where the bedroom are.
Other things to note
At the check out,please turn off all the lights. Be sure all the doors and windows are close. Leave the keys in the lockbox. Take care of the keys, $30 fee for lost keys.

We had an amazing stay. The property was clean and well- kept. The hosts provided everything one would need including body wash and a bowl of various snacks. It was 5 star all the way. The only reason I rated location and neighborhood a 3 Star was because they were listed together and not separate. If they were separate stars, location would have received a 5 star rating while the neighborhood would have received a 2 star.

Very clean

It was very clean, unfortunately there wasnt a pizza pan which was fine we just didnt know lol. Left a few items on accident but owner helped us get them back.

Diamond in the rough

While the neighborhood may look a little rough, this cute little house is the diamond in the rough. It was perfectly accommodating for our group. Our stay was short but it was comfy and cozy. The home was cute and clean and had everything we needed and while we did not have to contact the host for anything, I did get the impression they would have been very easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again if we're ever in the area.

Clean & Comfortable

The house was clean & comfortable, check in was easy & Thank the Lord Juan allowed us check in early due to our Cruise Ship coming in port earlier than it was expected too. We had a great stay. Close to Busch Gardens which is what we wanted. We would stay here again.

Clean home

The place itself was fine. It was clean. Had what we need. But the location is probably the worst part of town. Neighbors up at all hours. Olive Garden was 800ft away and we drove because it would not be safe to walk. If it were in a better location, I would rate higher but the location was terrible and truly did not feel safe. The walls were thin. We couldn’t tell if someone was banging on our front door or if it wears the neighbors.

The neighborhood itself is slightly run down but the property is well kept, up to date, and just as described. The property manager was super responsive and easy to work with - definitely recommend for anyone looking for a convenient condo in Tampa area.

Condo was nicely remodeled. Super clean, everything provided for a stay. Across the street from the amusement park. Close to the cruise port. Lots of restaurant choices close by. The neighborhood is not great, but we had no issues. Good value. Great communication.

Comfortable stay

When we arrived, the key box check-in was very convenient. The home is cozy and I like the split level with sleeping upstairs and the kitchen area downstairs. It was a nice touch to have a few snacks and waters that the property owners left for us. If you were traveling to Busch Gardens, this would be the ideal location, but we stayed there to go to the strawberry festival and that worked fine also

4Generations of ladies 2 states

We had a wonderful time! The location is great for access to many attractions in the Tampa area, close enough to Busch Gardens that you could walk there!Sleeping arrangements are as listed 2 queen & 1 twin, I like that the bedrooms were upstairs. Small yard with fire pit small table & chairs. The kitchens is well stocked however a few more pieces of silver wear would be nice, I also suggest some tinfoil & plastic storage bags be available it would be greatly appreciated..I highly suggest staying here and look forward to staying again when in the area!
