この施設について

Remodeled 3 bed 2 bath near Midtown downtown Westshore district and South Tampa.

Escape to this enchanting house in picturesque Tampa. Maximum capacity 5 persons. With 3 cozy bedrooms including 2 queen beds and 1 full bed, guests will feel right at home. One of the 2 bathrooms has a shower and the other has a shower with a bathtub. We finished remodeling this place in the fall of 2025. We believe you will like it very much. This building was originally built with a mother-in-law suite attached to the front of the house. That part is rented out long term and is a completely separate unit. The house is less than 5 miles from Tampa International airport and about 3 miles to downtown Tampa. It is also very close to the Buccaneers football stadium, MacFarlane park, Al Lopez Park, and beaches. A washer and dryer is provided as well as clothes detergent. My wife and I share the responsibility for the care and upkeep of the rental unit and we are always available to help if need be.

Clean rooms, basic kitchen utensils included at the house. Location close to beaches and other activities in the area. Had the best time staying here I have no complaints at all! Would 100% stay here again if visiting again.

Host was wonderful and responded quickly to messages. Charming little house clean and comfortable. Just a heads up that there are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms, so if you need a fan to sleep, bring a travel fan. Would definitely stay here again.

Property is newly updated and close to the airport.Upon check in the house rules requested that A/C not be set below 72 for us this was too hot.House was finished nicely with well done repurposed older furnishing.Need better toilet paper.

Michael was a fantastic host. His rental is very well appointed and nicely decorated. He had everything you would want or need for your stay. There was less than 15 minutes from Tampa airport in about 10 or 15 minutes to the port of Tampa. It was a perfect place to stay for a night before our cruise. We especially liked that it had three bedrooms for our family I would not hesitate to book this in the future.

This was a great property...We only stayed one night. The night before a cruise...We needed a place that all 4 people could shower in a timely manner...so both bathrooms were used, The 3 beds in separate bedrooms everyone agreed were so comfortable...The next cruise this will be my go to place to say!!!!!!!!!!
