The condo was super clean and a great location to near by beaches and activities. The parking was tricky if you have several cars and finding the condo itself was difficult the first time, it's located in the back of the building. No elevator but we had a great stay! I would recommend the stay for family and friends!

Best rental experience we’ve had yet! The owner, Jennifer, communicated very well throughout the process and was very responsive even after check-in. There were some burned out lightbulbs in the unit and she had them replaced immediately. The unit itself is well kept and has all the necessary kitchen amenities that allowed us to cook all of our meals, including basic spices, without issue. I would book with Jennifer again without hesitation!

The place was great. There was some dim lighting in some of the rooms and bathrooms, but it was in really good condition overall. Our biggest complaint is that it wasn't clear to us that one of the bedrooms could only be accessed through one of the other bedrooms (can that even be considered a bedroom)? Normally this wouldn't be an issue with children sleeping in that bedroom, but we had four couples and so it was a big turn off for the two couples that ended up upstairs.

Beautiful and bright

We loved our stay, it was perfect for our family. The house was bright and welcoming. All mykids liked to camp out in the big living room and played lots of board games that were provided.The friendless and open communication with the host has been so prompt and easy as well!

Lovely stay in Poipu

This was a lovely stay for our group of three families! The condo had everything we needed and was comfortable and clean. We had access to three pools and the beach was just 10 min stroll away. Also within walking distance were food, a fruit stand, and a restaurant. The condo has everything you need for a beach day, including umbrellas, snorkel gear, beach wagon, sand toys, beach chairs, beach towels. It is a little bit cumbersome to lug it all up and down the stairs but that’s a small detail. There are even a few games and puzzles. One bedroom upstairs does not have a door, and is more of a loft. It isn’t totally clear in the photos, so something to think about if booking this property. We loved it though and would stay again!

Perfect for us.

Great location, clean and well suited for our three generation party of ten. With four children the in-suite laundry was appreciated. The included “beach stuff” meant we didn’t lack for anything on our beach expeditions. (The beach full of turtles was an unexpected bonus!)

Great 4BR Condo in Wonderful Poipu Location

Our family had an excellent one week vacation with this condo. It is as shown, a high quality condo. Beautiful furnishings. The beds were comfortable. The location worked great for us. It was a simple walk to Poipu beach.

Good Location

Eight of us in our group. Plenty of space for all. Clean. Nice beds. One bathtub was plugged. We fixed it. Overall good location on Kauai. Would stay again.

Great location and spacious condo

We had a wonderful time in this very spacious and comfortable condo. The large kitchen easily accommodated three or four cooks and the beach equipment ensured that we all had a great time at the water, which was less than a 10-minute walk. I had a couple questions and Jennifer immediately responded.

Sunny and Bright

This property is perfect for groups of 5 or more. There are 4 king sized beds with comfortable mattresses. It’s an end unit on the corner of 2 busy streets, so sitting out on the balcony isn’t entirely pleasant once the traffic gets going in the morning.

Clean condo short walk to pools and beaches

The condo was very clean and easy walking distance to pools and kid friendly beaches. The manager was quick to respond to our questions. My only, minor, complaint is that the available items inventory wasn't up to date. I rented baby gear that turned out to be unneeded, and other items that were promised weren't actually there. All in all though it's a very well equipped unit. We were very grateful for the TWO wagons and used them for hauling all the kiddos and gear down for pool or beach fun. Thanks for sharing your lovely place with us, Jennifer!

Family Vacation Celebrating 3 Milestone Birthdays!!

What an amazing place! The condo was clean, comfortable, and very spacious for our family of 8! The kitchen was well stocked, with plenty of beach gear (chairs/umbrellas/towels). Parking was easy and on-site; grounds were beautiful; beaches were a short walk. Overall, our stay was awesome! Thank you, Jennifer

One of our favorites

We have stayed at this condo 3 times now. Twice when our kids were young and this year with adult children and their spouses. The location is great, within walking distance to beach and restaurants. The property is clean and well managed. Jennifer has been great to work with every time!

Loved it!

Before arriving, I was worried about being right on the corner of a busy intersection. However, it was a non-issue. The kitchen was well equipped with lovely pots, pans, table service, etc., but could have used a set of small bowls - for yogurt, etc. The activity closet had quite a few items in it, such as boogie boards, a pool float, and a beach wagon, which was helpful. We could never get the TV to work in the living room - very faint sound, but we really didn’t spend enough time in the room to request a service call. The beds were very comfy and we had the perfect set-up for 7 people. We used all 3 pools, grilled out one night, and walked to the beach daily to check on how many turtles had arrived. We loved the condo, the amenities, and the location. We definitely would stay there again! Maholo for a wonderful 9 days with our kids and grandkids who are spread all across the US.

Week in Poipu

We had an extended family of 10 and the 4 bedrooms plus 2 inflatable beds worked out well. This was a beautiful condo with wonderful views of the mountains and fairly short walks to either Poipu beach or Shipwreck beach. Take the walk to Shipwreck in the late afternoon for great views. The host, Jennifer was very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions or requests. I would recommend that for those who are going to be in the upstairs bedrooms to bring sleep masks with you as the morning sun comes through the skylights. Lots of beach towels and other toys and a convenient hauling wagon. Could have used some more bogey boards as there was really only one quality one. We would definitely stay here again!!
