The space
Our suite is a private and cozy space, perfectly tailored for your comfort during your stay. With a separate entrance located in the backyard, you have the freedom to come and go at your leisure.

The main area is furnished with a plush king-size bed and features a walk-in closet, providing ample storage for your belongings. For your convenience, high-speed WiFi is available throughout the suite, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and work.

The kitchenette is equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, catering to your basic cooking needs. The suite also provides a washer and dryer for your laundry requirements.

Step outside to a fenced backyard with a charming patio area complete with a table - perfect for enjoying meals in the open air. A grill for barbecuing and a fire pit for those cool Long Island evenings further enhance the outdoor space.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire suite, the backyard with its amenities, and a private parking spot in the shared driveway. We value your privacy and have ensured you have a separate entrance for your convenience.
Other things to note
Please use the backyard gate to get to your private entrance. The patio door will have a lockbox containing the key, the pin will be messaged to you through the chat.

Check-in Rules: Check in anytime after 3:00pm using the door code that was messaged to you.

Check-out Rules: Check out is anytime before 11:00am

TV: the firestick/app abilities of the TV are built-in. Confirm that it’s connected to WiFi and enter your credentials.

Linens: All linens are washed with Ecos brand laundry detergent to be mindful of any guests with sensitive skin. Spare linens can be found in the closet.

We are not responsible for any injuries you incur while staying on the premises. If you wish to use the trampoline, you will be required to sign a waiver. It will be messaged to you and you must sign it before checking in.

-The suite accommodates only guests who have registered to stay.

-We pride ourselves on maintaining a peaceful environment, so no loud parties are allowed.

-Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am, in respect to our community.

-Guests are expected to respect others' privacy.

-For the safety of all, no smoking is allowed inside the suite.

-Drug use, firearms, and the burning of incense or candles inside the suite are strictly prohibited.

Noise: We live upstairs and therefore you will hear noises such as walking. We are pretty quiet , generally, the loudest thing you will hear is the treadmill.
